I have no complaints with the work they did. They came to my door, gave me a quote. The work was done on time and they cleaned up afterwards, I think it was good quality for the money.

They came to my home as a door to door approach. They gave a quote on cleaning my windows. We have a large home with a lot of windows. He did a good job. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work.

A very pleasant and persuasive salesman came to my door. He have a quote 30% less than I paid last year, so I went with it. He was there and ready to do the job. I regretted it afterwards. They didn't spend as much time cleaning as the previous company, nor was the job as well done. They did not request that I remove the screen, just didn't do that window. They said that they cleaned the window frames but they remained dusty. They promised a quote on work for the eaves trough but they never got back to me. I will stick with the higher end companies.

It was not a great job, I would say adequate. I asked them to do over a few windows, and they did. They were polite and pleasant. Not quite the professional job as I thought it would be.

They cleaned our windows and gutter spouts. Their price was reasonable, we have a big house with lots of windows. They went above and beyond by removing my Christmas lights while they were there, for free. Excellent job.

Mike arrived when promised and was very thorough and meticulous in his work. Windows look great. He is very polite and worked hard. would recommend his work to family, friends and neighbors.

The installer left a mess in our back yard and deck but that didn't worry me too much since the installation seemed to go well. In the months following several different people from Gold Standard called me looking for additional business at our home. They had no idea what our initial services were and it all seemed very disorganized. Since the weather has warmed up we noticed that the downspout of the eaves-trough was leaking and making a terrible dripping sound. This was the reason we needed to replace the eaves in the first place. It had rusted and would drip constantly. I called Gold Standard once and they said they would send someone out to fix it. No one ever came. Several weeks later they called me back again, had no clue what services they had provided in the first place and were asking if they could provide additional services. I told them about the problem with the dripping eaves and that no one had come to fix it and they said they would send someone again to see if they would be able fix it or if I would have to pay for the fix. No one showed up again. I would never, ever use their services again and would never recommend them to anyone. Their calls are just as bad as telemarketers and they never followed through on anything they promised. I would highly recommend that you do not use their services.

So today was the 1st snow fall from when my contract started. Even though it only snowed 2 cm yesterday, they came out! I am sure it was a curtsy call because both my neighbors when I got back home from work had snow all over their driveway. It makes me feel valued as a customer that GOLD STANDARD goes above and beyond what they promise. They defiantly live up to their name and reputation! We look forward to have them start our lawn maintenance and cutting packages for the upcoming spring. Very professional, reliable, and honest! I already recommended them to a couple neighbors and friends and I received a 50$ gas card for the referrals. Give them a call you won't be disappointed !

The worst experience I've ever had with any company providing these type of services. The first day they committed to arrive in the morning, and didn't show up at all. Same the second day. My wife called and asked them NOT to come the third day, as she wouldn't be home. Needless to say they showed up, to the surprise of my mother in law who was taking care of our baby. We had also specifically asked to have the eavestroughs flushed, which the worker advised us he wouldn't do. When pressed, he said he could fire our hose through it if we wanted. He didn't have a broom to clean up, and left a huge mess. When we called to complain, the only response was that we could get a discount of 15% on some future service. Unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Avoid at all costs.
