Excellent service. I will be using them again for my furnace and air conditioning needs, the service was performed well and thoroughly. They are a welcome improvement over their much bigger competitors .

I replaced my geothermal furnace with a NG furnace and air conditioner. Also added a whole home sediment filter.

Professional, efficient, and friendly....such qualities are lacking in so many companies in this city, it was a breathe of fresh air, for sure. Service was fantastic-tech was very knowledgeable and experienced and recommended only things that actually needed to be done-extra advice was given. Was even helpful with a plumbing issue. I exchanged with Matt over email and we quickly agreed on the cost of the job and scheduled the appointment. Matt and Ryan brought the new 50 gallon water heater to replace the older one I was renting from Direct Energy. They did a great job and were very courteous.
Furthermore, I got a follow-up call from Christine to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

Mat was was efficient and courteous when he came over to service the furnace. He did notice that my water tank was old and gave me advice on what my options would be. I would definetly use Home Climate Pro again and will recommend to my friends.

I was debating between these guys and a larger company. I'm glad I went with home climate pro. They were quick at fixing the issue and charged simply for the time worked and the cost of the part.

This was one of three vendors I approached when I awoke one morning to no hot water and a flooded basement. The tank was 15 years old and clearly finished. Matt came on site promptly, gave me some information and then put together and e-mailed a clear, detailed quote.
I was very pleased with the resulting work and the quick turn-around: Within about 6 hours of my agreeing to his quote, the job was done! I don't think you could find better service and based on my experience I highly recommend Home Climate Pro.

Mat provided excellent and timely service. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my air-conditioner replace the faulty part getting back into a cool environment in no time.
