Starting with 'no move is too small'... to lowest and best quote... and through steady contact as we worked through the details and arrangements, Trillium worked well with us... and proved to be reliable and true to their word in all respects. The pprice rose slightly from what we expected but still seemed to be reasonable. Pick up and delivery were timely.,,, definitely a smooth move! And the dispatcher and drivers friendly too.

This was a complete surprise. We did a move with Trillium a few months back and for delivery after some storage time. I was so busy with moving that I forgot to email the company on time. I then sent my rep an email about the few broken pieces and even though I was late is submitting a claim they still took care of me. I relieved a cheque 2 days ago and it was a complete surprise. The few damaged pieces were not really a big deal for us but we appreciated the follow up. They called emailed. My rep was Kate and the claims manager was Lisa.

In December 2012 I made a move with Trillium Moving.
Chloe was my sales representative and asked me if I wouldn’t mind writing a review about the experience that I had with my move.
Everything was great and I was happy to write this review, I was told they would donate to Sick Kids hospital for each review I wrote.
The men were professional, clean and friendly, I was not worried being on my own with the movers and they made me very comfortable with the loading of the stuff and the delivery of the stuff as well.
Chloe was diligent with responding to my messages and emails, clearly making sure I had a good understanding of how my move would work.
I have one damaged item, which I claimed and got a response that was quick and the refund for the damage was very reasonable as far as I am concerned.
Thank you Trillium, I would be happy to use you again if I need to move.

About 2 weeks ago we received our delivery from our long distance move, and I wanted to take the time to submit a review on this. I had a very pleasant experience with this company. We had everything moved from BC to Ontario. Most of the delivery remained in storage with them for almost 9 months. We did get some part of the shipment when the goods arrived. We made many moves before, so were nervous as I was expecting damage after the final delivery took place. But I was pleasantly surprised. Aside for some very small scratches and minor damage to our dishes, everything arrived in a good condition. The movers brought the items wrapped in the original wrapping conditions and took the time to take off those items in my home and place them at my request. Great job done by John and Mark at the delivery, can’t say enough.
My representative Chloe and the manager Lisa were always there for me. If I emailed I had a response, same about calling. Many thanks for working with us on the price and the final total, can’t say how much that helped us out.

Chloe was my rep and she was great! she walked me though the entire process and was really flexible with my dates and neediness. Im pretty sure she is sick of me by know :) The service was professional and very accommodating to my family and i. A few days after my delivery i received a call to make sure the delivery went well and to make sure i was happy with the service which was nice because it seemed liek they really cared.

I recommend that everyone try this company if they want the service i received ask for Chloe.

In December 2012 i chose Trillium for my move home to Pickering, ON from Bathurst, NB
I move a fair amount for work, and my last moving company did a terrible job. I was referred to Trillium by a co-worker, as she had used them this past summer to move to Bathurst as well. After everything I went through with my move there I wanted to make sure that i found a company that someone I knew had real experience with.
Everything went so well with this move, when my sales agent asked me to write a review for them I was happy to do so. Everyone involved in this process was easy to deal with and honest about the whole moving process. As someone who has hired a moving company before I knew what to expect, but was grateful to have a company be so forthcoming and honest about the whole experience.
Thank you again to everyone at Trillium for helping me with my move, though I am hopeful this is the last one for awhile I would use them again for sure!

This company came highly recommended by our friends who also moved with Trillium. We moved from Edmonton, AB to Toronto, ON. We ran into some problems at arrival and had to use some storage, which was a big relief. I was very happy with the service that we received, especially from the staff at the office. Always received a response and it was easy to get answers.
Many thanks to Kate who was always on the ball and was great to deal with. The crew was great, and everything was handled with care. I would not move with another mover, and would go back to their services for our next local move.
