Bulgari Paving

After organizing a group of home owners interested in repaving our driveways we reached out to Bulgari Paving for the job. Right from the beginning this company was informative, excellent communicators and professional. During the actual construction they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. We also had Bulgari install an interlocking edger between our driveway and garden which finished off the project perfectly. We are very satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend Bulgari Paving for anyone looking to pave or repave their driveway.

Suren and his team were friendly, courteous and did an excellent job of excavation, paving the driveway and re-setting some interlock stone. The price was competitive. We are very satisfied with the job done by Bulgari.

Work was completed middle of Nov -- later then planned due to supply issue and we know what the reason for that is. Would provide photos but due to snow coverage, the workmanship is hidden. The work group are efficient, friendly and approachable to answer any questions you may have. The workmanship displayed at the front step was excellent --- measurements taken twice, cuts once (the way it should be). Neighbors are complimentary and ask for the name of the company who did the work. I highly recommend this company for type of work.

We hired them to relay our old, tired looking patio. We can’t believe what they did with our old interlock! The space looks so fresh and clean now. We are looking forward to enjoying this space (once again), next summer!

We are very pleased with Bulgari's work. They worked on a patio for my house and driveway/front steps for my daughter's place. They provided useful information during the quoting process and valuable maintenance information after the job was done. The crew was friendly, polite and efficient. They did a thorough clean-up after the projects were completed. Due to the pandemic, our projects were postponed for a year but it was well worth the wait!

We live in Nepean (Leslie Park). We have a 5 car laneway and it was in very terrible shape; old, cracked and with deep ruts.

We contacted Suren, the owner of Bulgari Paving and he came by to do an inspection and provide us with a clear and comprehensive quote.

We agreed to hire Bulgari Paving for thé job, and they did the job on June 8, 2021 in less than 8 hours, and the work was really well done, and we are fully satisfied. We would not hesitate to recommend Bulgari Paving to any homeowner who wants a paving job done on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

From the time I noticed Bulgari Paving Inc. working on a neighbour’s driveway, to when I submitted a request for repaving mine and resetting the front entrance sidewalk and receiving a timely quote, to just recently having had the work completed, the owner Suren, Bobbie the office manager and his entire crew have been courteous, honest, and efficient with work completed in a professional manner when promised on the quoted price.
The crew paid attention to detail and the finished product looks amazing.
I am more than pleased with the work, and would recommend them without hesitation.

We enquired with Bulgari summer of 2020 as they completed a beautiful job at a neighbor on our street. We asked for an estimate to widen our driveway by adding a border wall on each side and to lift the existing interlock walkway from our front entrance, as the first riser was over 12 inches.
We did not know when we would ever get this done because of COVID-19. To our greatest surprise, we received an email May 19 advising us they would be ready to proceed with the job the following day.
They came in at 7:00 am, removed and installed the new driveway and interlock – Job completed by 3pm from A to Z. It looks FANTASTIC and these homeowners could not be happier with the new front look of our 20 year old home.
We recommend Bulgari Paving without hesitation and would like to say thank you to the whole Bulgari team that worked on such a hot 30+ degree day.

I searched throughout the Ottawa area for a reputable company that can strip, repair, and interlock our driveway and front entrance area. Finally I saw Bulgari Pavings reviews online on HomeStars Ottawa. They came out, quoted a fair price and were completely honest about the job. When they arrived to do the work it was like clock work every member of the crew knew exactly what to do. They were courteous, professional and above all experienced in their job. By 2pm the crew had cleaned up and left the site. My neighbours were shocked at how quick and efficient the crew worked. Kudos to Suren Tchilingirian and the entire crew, you guys were fantastic. Special thanks to Suren's office manager Bobbi who was amazing to work with throughout the planning process.

Exceptional company, very personable and a quality product. Took great care and pride with the installation. They gave a one year warranty and left us with a very informative package on the care of the driveway and sidewalk.
