Garage Door Geeks

After the chain snapped on my opener, there was some damage done as I tried to get into the garage to open the door from the inside. I didn't feel comfortable repairing it as it involved the torsion spring.

I called Garage Door Geeks and Nazar came out to do the call. He was quick, polite, very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in the work that he does.

I would not hesitate to call them again. It's hard to find a trustworthy company to do business with, but I found a good one here.

Oleg arrived to my house on time and ready to work. Oleg was able to finish the jobs in just few hours. The motor works great and the door open smoothly. He was very respectful of the items in the garage and was able to work around them. He left the work area neat and clean. The Garage Door Geeks were true professionals from the day of the quote right up to the completion of the job. The price was extremely reasonable. They were prompt, hardworking, neat and very polite. It was an extremely hot day and they worked diligently to complete the job. They patiently explained all of the features of the doors. The garage doors look great! Highly recommend them!!!!

I received a great quote to have my garage door replaced. Was upgraded on the door so I could get the colour I wanted. Had asked if everything would be replaced because my tracks were bent, door was rotting, one of my remotes was broken and my keypad hadn't worked in years, and was told yes. When they came they replaced the door and the trim but not the 17 year old motor and remotes and keypad. They told me I would have to pay an additional $370. When I complained and explained how misleading this was they said they'd give me $20 off. Am very disappointed with these guys. Ever since I paid them my conversations have been painful and have gone nowhere. I would not recommend working with these guys.

They were fast and efficient and walked me through the problem. While fixing the keypad on our garage door, they performed a general maintenance check on the garage door opener and were extremely knowledgeable about all things garage door. I was impressed by their smooth booking and repair process and have recommended their services to neighbors and friends.

When one of our garage doors got bent, I called several Garage door companies. All who came said they would have to replace the door. Oleg suggested he could try to straighten the door which he did. He also added some additional brackets to strengthen the door door which now functions perfectly. In the very near I will be replacing my garage doors (3) and openers so I will be calling Garage Door Geeks (Oleg) to do the work.

Oleg came to repair our garage door which had begun to fail to open intermittently. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it.

We were very happy with their work and would highly recommend their services.

Keep It up

The motor in our garage door opener finally seized after 20 years, time for a replacement. Oleg & Naz came out very quickly and installed a much better opener that now operates so much quieter and runs very smooth. Within an hour they had everything up and running. I found them to be very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and clean. I required support on some functionality after the installation and again found them extremely responsive and helpful. You really don't have to worry about anything with Garage Door Geeks, they know their stuff and provide excellent customer service. I strongly recommend them!
