Bryce was prompt, thorough and answered all of our questions. He pointed out areas that need remedial and also gave us suggestions as to how we should deal with the issue. The overall experience was excellent and we appreciated Bryce's knowledge in completing the inspection. We won't hesitate recommending Bryce to our family and friends.

I have had several home inspections in the past, but this was easily the best experience. Bryce answered all questions during and after the inspection, and was confident throughout. Very helpful with not only telling me what the issue was, but the long-term affects and possible solutions. Bryce did a great job at our home inspection. As first time buyers, we weren’t really sure what to expect and we've heard such bad things about home inspections. However, this, was a breath of fresh air. The report Bryce puts together can be read and understood by anyone. He takes as many photos as possible to show the problems within the house (if there are any, which there usually is) and has diagrams for further explanation. The home inspection only took a few hours, and within 4 hours of the house inspection, he had the report emailed to me. Great service! Great price too! We have already recommended Bryce to a few of our friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future.

We used Rankin Home Inspection for a recent home purchase in Niagara on the Lake. Bryce was very friendly, knowledgable and took the time to answer my numerous questions. His inspection was very thorough and he took numerous pictures that were included in his very detailed report. On the day of inspection Bryce was not able to gain access to the attic but he returned a few days later when the owner made the access known. I was very impressed with this level of commitment and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I recently had two home inspections done by Rankin. The home inspector, Bryce was very professional and took time to explain things - which was great being a first time home owner. We used Bryce for 3 different home inspections this summer and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in a way I could understand. The report had a lot of detail and pictures showing what he found. It gives a lot of info on what needs worked on and when. We felt very confident that we knew exactly what we were buying. He was on time and available for when we needed him. We were able to call him after to ask questions and he even worked with our real estate to provide info requested by the home owners. So beyond thrilled with Bryce and his services. He came a fair bit out of his way for me and was just outstanding. He was very polite and easy to get along with. He spent a few hours with us going over different issues or explaining things we did not know about. He did not rush nor did he get upset with us constantly following him around hounding him with questions.
