We found this company on the internet. We had a very large house 10,000 sq ft. They moved everything without an incident. They were on time, 6 workers were sent to do the job. Very happy with them.

After reading all the reviews of this company, I had good expectations. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. They showed up on time but seemed to have no dolly, ramp or hand truck (ended up using mine). 4 1/2 hours to load the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment - unbelievable. The drivers seemed surprised that the move was to Guelph so the entire process was repeated at the other end - again, no dolly, ramp, etc. They did pack everything carefully but without my daughter and I helping to unload, the move would have taken more than the 9 1/2 hours it ended up being. This was the worst move I have EVER had and I have moved a lot in the past 15 years. As they charge by the hour, it's not rocket science to see why there's no interest in speed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and I feel ripped off. Shame on Smart Movers.

The whole move went beautifully. It could not have gone better. Totally happy with the job. Nothing broken,very good service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted them by e mail, they gave me a quote based on the size of my 2 bedroom apartment, The two people arrived on time. They took good care of my things, nothing was damaged

Moving can be a scarey job.It was however a fantastic moving job, no issues. We hired them to move the heavy furnishing in our house,I would refer them to others.

I want to thank smart movers Canada for the professionalism they showed my family in the whole process of moving my big house. I just want to point out that the crew of 4 movers were very efficient and physically strong. They were super careful with fragile stuff, our furniture and personal belongings. Moreover the movers were very polite and smiles throughout the whole move. Our move went very smoothly and we were very happy with our choice of smart movers Canada. We would absolutely recommend them and use their services in the future.

I hired this company to move my household, just one truck load. i was disappointed to see the size of the truck when it arrived. They started packing, taking great care with everything, wrapping and protecting it all. The truck was half full and 90% of our stuff was in it, all packed very well. However the next part of the truck wasn't packed as well and consequently the truck left without all of our possessions so I had to move the rest of my belongings in my car with 2 more trips. They did do a good job however, and I have already referred them to others.
