Chris the owner was fantastic. He was very informative and detailed in his explanation of roofing products and how they were going to do the job. He quoted a fair and reasonable price for our size house unlike other who quoted almost twice as much offering less. His crew was professional and started on time as scheduled. We were impressed with their workmanship and service. When they were done they cleaned up as if they were never here. Our house looks beautiful with the new roof. Thank you Chris and your team!

We were having our roof re-shingled and Chris and his team were great, very patient and helpful while my husband & I decided which colour/shingle to go with. I received a recommendation from a family member to use DLC Enterprises. I found them to be highly professional and and very forthright about the job requirements, cost and time it would take. After doing a beautiful job on my roof and taking amazing care of a mould problem they discovered they're clean up was perfect. They would not except payment until I had the chance to inspect the whole job and was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done right the first time, at a fair price, with professional and courteous workers on the job.

I hired DLC for some finishing metal work around our home. The workers were pleasant and courteous, the finished work looks awesome. They also fixed a few small things within the original quote price. Very fair cost for the amount and quality of work.

Chris Copps and his crew did a great job re-shingling our roof.
Chris did not ask for any money upfront which was great because it left us with no worries. Chris called in advance to tell us when they would arrive. The job took two days and we are happy with the results. They cleaned up when they were done and did some extra flashing work for us. I would highly recommend Chris Copps and DLC Roofing to anyone wanting to replace their shingles. If you want to see his crews work pass by 41 Prince William Way.

The good:
-Good advice on roof venting during quotation stage.
-No deposit requested for supplies.
-Work was performed on promised date in a timely manner.
-Roof panels were opened up as requested to remove improperly insulated areas.
The bad (after two tries to contact DLC to remedy):
-I do not have a "paid" invoice stating shingles supplied and installation date for (future) warranty claim purpose.
-The eavestroughs were filled with debris, clogging two downspouts (see photos)
-Flashing was not reattached properly in several locations (see photos).
-Brown silicone was used to seal black flashing (see photos).
-Shingles do not sit very flat on roof even though original shingles were removed. I was told that once the summer heat arrives they will flatten out.
-In some areas the shingles look worn (see photos).

I am pleased to provide this review for DLC Enterprises, I wish I could score them ++ on the 10. Chris impressed me from the time I received my quote, to his patience in responding to my calls (answering all my follow up questions) to the final day when the work was completed. He took time to see me each day to ensure I was satisfied. He and his crew are personable, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I can say without hesitation that you need to call DLC - get a quote, meet Chris and you won't have to look any further to get an amazing job on a replacement roof - trust me I called a few, they didn't even call back!! I am so pleased with their work, they cleaned up after each day, they were friendly and so reliable. My roof looks amazing, and I know a professional roofing job increases the value of your home. Thank you Chris, thank you DLC workers ---- Bring on the rain!!!! I will use this Company again if I move and need work done - no hesitation and no need to call for anyone else.

After calling and receiving quotes from four different roofing companies we decided to go with DLC.
Here's why.
Chris came to our house on a Sunday morning (the day after I called) and quickly got to work on the roof, taking measurements and explaining our options. Within half an hour a quote was written up.
Then, over the next few weeks the other quotes came in.
After doing some research on the different shingles and venting options we chose Chris for the job.
His crew showed up on time (Labour Day morning) and got to work staight away.The work was completed in a timely manner and the guys cleaned up every night.
With the money we saved, we also got the attic insulated and still had $$$$ left over.
From the moment we met Chris to the final end product, we knew we had made the right choice.

I found Chris highly motivated to perform a quality job for a reasonable price.
