I was dealing with Maurice. You will notice that he tries to avoid putting anything in writing. I was asking him questions through messaging and he would immediately call and not answer the question in writing. I expressed concern over drilling holes in the window frame and asked him to consider installing on the ceiling. This was safe for his own sake or for my piece of mind. Drilling holes in the window frame in a condo can cause serious issues and it become very unsettling with his way of undocumented communication. He will keep referring you back to home stars but on google they have a review score of 2.

Found their flyer under my door and called for an appt. Maurice came by on time with several samples in hand. His unlimited knowledge of what would work best in each room was a huge help, decisions were made and quick, very accurate measurements were done. Turn around time was 1 1/2 weeks later and installation was flawless, clean and very professional. Would highly recommend Emcross Window Blinds for any and all blinds/window coverings need!
