I wanted to have my home refreshed for an upcoming party and called this company through a referral from a friend. I was impressed with having all my questions answered very thoroughly as it was my first time having the ducts cleaned, I felt like the team were genuine professionals. The technicians arrived early in the morning, on a Sunday, they actually accomadated me on short notice because I wanted the cleaning done on the actual day of the party. I was given an explanation of the procedure and was invited to watch the process. I was very impressed by the service and the outcome. I was even more impressed by the cost. I am a stickler for the smaller things a like thank you, a hand shake, and getting the job done to my satisfaction. The guys showed great consideration for my newly done floors and left the place as if they were never there. I particularly appreciated the regard for the safety of my children's kittens by making sure they were kept secure before turning on any equipment. Back in October 2012, when my previous home was being renovated and I thought that all the details were covered and that the buyer would be more than pleased when they reviewed my property for the first time. Well, I was fortunate because they went through the entire home without noticing the dryer vent area and the build-up of lint inside as well as outside my home! Also, the person who arrived gave me detailed instructions on what they would be doing, how long I could expect their professional work to last and the provisions taken to ensure that the entire ducts in my home were 100% clean.
