The reason for your project exceeded the budget was due to work being added on half-way through the project and also due to the new colour choice that required three coats. In order to be understanding, we tried to help you by providing the third coat at cost, but we do have to charge for the additional work added to the project. We did discuss all additional charges with you before we proceeded with the additional work and you did agree to the charges. Our team strives on a daily basis to provide the best quality of work for our clients, but we are a business and we do need to be compensated for work that we provide. We are glad to hear that you are happy with the quality of work. We appreciate that you chose to work with New Look and we hope you enjoy the renovation of your home!
