Drain camera inspection, moisture basement inspection
For sure purchasing a house it’s one of the most problematic purchases that you could do especially when it’s your first time. We were intended to buy the house, good pricing and convenient location. Nevertheless I did a quick search on all possible issues and pitfalls, found out that there might be a lot of problems with drain system and basement as well. So, I insisted on the drain and moisture basement inspection. Doctor Rooter helped us out, it’s a great company to deal with! They did drain camera inspection and recorded a CD for us to check. Also they checked the basement on moisture with a special detector. Fortunately there wasn't any problem with the house and we sealed the deal confidently. For the service they made we paid about 250$, but the sellers put it under their expenses. Recently we moved in and happy with our new purchase.
