10++ We hired Home Doctor GTA to replace siding, soffits and fascia on our house. From the beginning CEO and owner Shaun Rickard was helpful, attentive and professional, returning emails and answering even the smallest questions in a timely manner. Despite scheduling difficulties on our end, Shaun accommodated us without issue. He also had good ideas and solutions for problems other companies had been unable to address. He clearly knows his business, and the quotes for the work were detailed and fair. The siding was being replaced on the gables, along with a back addition. Our house is over a hundred years old, and many aspects are not level or square. It was not always a straightforward job, but Mirsad and his team took great care with our home. The team are a really nice group of fellows - friendly, considerate and hard-working. Our satisfaction was important to them. The house looks just great and we are very pleased. Shaun and his team did an amazing job fixing our bay window. We asked a couple of contractors to come and quote us on the job, and most of them said they couldn’t do the job the way we wanted. Shaun did exactly what we had in mind and now the house looks much much nicer. Shaun was very professional, he took the time to explain the process and listened to our concerns and gave us his opinion without dismissing ours. They started the job much earlier than we expected, which was a bonus for us, they kept working even when it was dark outside. They did an amazing job cleaning after they had finished, and didn’t leave one screw laying on the ground.

I was very pleased with the work that was performed on my house on The Bridle Path. This involved removing old plywood fascia and soffits and replacing them with new custom Extira Board soffits, fascia and new eavestroughs. Shaun's staff were efficient, hard working and very courteous.

Shaun and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. His crew were very polite to our neighbours and kept us informed every step of the way. We are in a semi detatched victorian Toronto home. Our exterior detached wall was stucco and crumbling. Shaun went out of his way to research and address fire code concerns we had about certain used materials. With very little room to work with, his team expertly took the stucco away and gave us fresh insulation and siding. We highly recommend using Home Doctor.

My house and garage were built in 1952. Solid brick. The wood door jams around the large garage door and the small entry doors at the front and back of the garage has layers of paint which has peeled off and been repainted multiple times. Looks horrible. I contacted Shaun at Home Doctor to have them covered up with aluminum panels/capped. A crew of 3 men arrived a few weeks later, did a fantastic job in 3 hours. The garage looks fresh and new. Extremely pleased with the work.
