I can't say enough positive about this company. I needed waterproof my basement so I contacted 3 companies for quotes. Colm showed up when he said he would. He took time to actually looked at the work that needed to be done. Then took the time to explain what was needed and what he would be doing. We scheduled a day for the work to be done. I the discovered another problem that would put waterproofing behind a couple of weeks. Colm told me not to worry about it that he will reschedule. He showed up when he said he would. The work started immediately. His crew are hard working and very respectful. When the work was finished the clean up was great and the job was done perfectly. I can't thank Colm and his crew enough. Worth every penny.

Colm and team did an awesome job waterproofing the side exterior of our house. Colm is especially a pleasure to work with, always responding quickly, providing detailed information for the job, and ensuring we are satisfied with the work. He was on-site himself and always made sure we knew what to expect. He left the site with no mess when it was complete. He was also very fair with pricing and even reduced the total slightly when the work was easier than expected.

Colm is the best contractor I have ever worked with, from the first call, to the first visit, humoring my overly talkative father during the quote and process he's been polite, fast to respond , honest about what should be done and what isn't worth the cost and straight forward with more than fair pricing.

I couldn't even get other companies to commit to doing the work this year or commit to a time to come quote the job , Colm was at my house the day after my first call and started work within 2 weeks of me giving the go ahead to the job.

Job was done immaculately, job site was left clean, he checked in with me several times throughout the project to confirm where they were progress wise, ask me questions about what we wanted when he ran into choices to make , the work quality was immaculate ( especially the benching to lower the basement ) and worked with my plumber when he found an issue with the outside drain to point out the issue to them, and work with and around them.

When the work was done, he provided instructions and a perfectly itemized bill to get rebates for the weeping tile and sump pump from the city

If you are looking for waterproofing, this is your guy , I happily have his sign out front of my house, and would recommend him to absolutely anyone who needs any type of waterproofing

Act Fast Waterproofing was “fast and efficient” when doing our basement waterproofing. While our basement was quite dry we know that basement waterproofing systems directly fortify the foundation with membranes, any waterproofing system will go a long way in protecting our home against moisture problems.
