Colm and Dominic were quick to respond when I had water in my basement late last winter. They identified the problem as a rising groundwater issue and recommended an internal system. While doing the job, everyone was hardworking, polite, and more than willing to answer any questions. Colm and Dominic encouraged me to look in on the work as it progressed and to take plenty of photos to have when/if I sell my home. Since the job was done, Colm has called several times after heavy rains to check that all was well and that I was satisfied. He even asked (when he was in the area this summer) if he could come by to check the basement himself. It's a good feeling knowing I no longer need to worry when it rains and a pleasure to have dealt with Colm, someone who takes pride in and stands behind his work.

Our basement was a mini pool after all the freeze/ thaw cycles this winter. Act Fast was able to come in and start work at the first realistic opportunity (ground needed to be thawed and a few days in a row without rain). After they had started work, but before completing, we got some unexpected rain, but they took precautions and no rain got in. It was all finished on time and our basement has thankfully been dry since!

We had previously had two companies try to water roof the basement wall from the outside and while their systems worked most of the time we still
had a small amount of water coming through the wall after several days of heavy rain. Act Fast solved the problem by digging a trench inside the house
and putting in a sump pump.The work was done within a day and the house is now completely dry even after a heavy rain.

Colm one of the principals was truly my savior. The basement flooded as the result of a freak ice storm two days before I was to leave town for work for 2 months!
