We have just recently renovated a century home and was in need of a new HVAC system. I researched local companies and came across AccuServ, and from the first call when I spoke with Amanda, I knew we were making the best decision possible. Amanda was so kind and friendly and ensured I was contacted right away by Vlad Valdes their sales rep. Vlad is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field and was very prompt at scheduling an on site consultation where we were given information on the options for our heating system requirements. Vlad is friendly, patient and an overall genuinely awesome person to work with. I then had the pleasure of dealing with their in house engineer Jake. Jake Thompson is also wonderful to deal with! There was a bit of a misunderstanding (due to me being a pain in the butt!) but the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner. The system we put into the home is not only efficient and increased the overall value of the home, but it looks amazing! I have since referred more clients to AccuServ and will most definitely be using them on our future projects. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and high standards of customer service!! These guys are truly the best at what they do.

Our very old heating and cooling unit quit, and since winter was still going strong we definitely needed a new furnace.
I called ACCUSERV and following morning Vlad arrived to view our situation and find out what was needed and what we wanted. later the same we had a quote.
Next morning Davor and Nick arrived with furnace, ac and custom made return and supply duct connecting sections. Vlad had measured what was needed.
All the work was completed in one day.
It was a very pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish.

The team at AccuServ worked together to help us efficiently after our boiler decided to die on us. Rahul came first to diagnose the problem, just a couple of hours after I called. This young man is a wealth of knowledge!!!! Clearly into what he does, wants to be great at it, and is! The team of young men who came to install the new unit worked tirelessly from 9:30 til about 6:30 or so, to get everything up and running. They were very polite and nice despite having worked such a long day! And afterward they took the time to explain how everything worked, as it was a different system for us. Old East York home, failing chimney and boiler. Rahul did a terrific job coming up with a new system that would benefit us both in saving money through efficiency and to avoid issues with our chimeny stack. The new system was put in by the crew on short notice, quickly and cleanly over the course of the day. The crew spent extra time rerouting water, hydro and gas lines to open up a much needed storage area.

Rahul has been helping me out with my HVAC for years! He's very professional, dedicated and prompt.

I was having some issues with the Nest thermometer telling me that my furnace kept shutting off before 15mins. Rahul diagnosed the system, adjusted some settings and suggested some additional solutions.

Now the furnace works as it should and I won't have a cold winter :)

My small business required a new warehouse furnace to replace a 40-year-old unit which was on it’s last legs. I naturally turned to AccuServ, an organization I had previously used to replace an electric furnace and air conditioning system in my home. As expected, once I found their prices very fair, their advice very sound, their installation crew punctual, courteous, and extremely competent. We had decided to change our hot water heater to a Navien tankless and found AccuServ listed on their installer list. After reading all the excellent reviews and seeing their warranty on their website, we decided to get a quote. Vlad was very professional, took his time to inspect our HVAC system, pointing out issues and making suggestions. Since it was all 20 years old, we though best to replace the whole system. The quote was provided quickly by email and he promptly answered all our questions. Jake took over the administration side once we decided to go ahead, kept in touch as we waited for the gas meter to be changed and provided our paperless receipt. Our installers, Davor, Nick and Bryan worked diligently to get the new system up and running since it was quite cold outside. They worked with and around each other like a choreographed dance. After the installation we noticed a whining noise coming from the tankless water heater. Amanda pleasantly assisted in scheduling a service appointment with a technician. Rahul worked to find where the noise was coming from but it was not obvious. He decided to replace the fan motor and it turned out to be the culprit. Thank You to All of You!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Rahul when our pipes burst during the recent cold snap. Apart from being a true professional and clearly quite knowledgeable, Rahul is a genuine and wonderful person. I also appreciate the time James (management) spent with me on the phone to understand my problem and make it a priority and Amanda’s attentiveness in keeping me up to speed. I haven’t been with Accuserv very long, but the experience has been first class so far.
