Vito Di Summa of DSM Property was our inspector for home purchase. We spoke to multiple inspectors prior to selecting Mr. Vito. He has got excellent knowledge of the property and a great person with lot of patience. Our requirement was to make sure that the new home will be safe for the family (kids) and determine what the immediate future expenses are. Since we are first time buyers, he was kind enough to answer all of our queries and share the best practices with us. He even helped us to plan how much we will be spending on house in the next couple of year, real time commentary on every good and bad thing he saw. We also received an excellent report immediately after the inspection. Value for every penny we spent.

Vito arrived right on time for our pre-purchase inspection. He was very thorough and did not rush through it. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns, and was overall great person to deal with. Also, if you have a pool, Vito seems to really know his stuff.

Inspection report was provided within a couple of hours, and was extremely detailed with pictures. We did not end up purchasing the house he inspected, but we will definitely call him up for the next house we are interested in.

The turn-around time was quite good, with the inspection in the morning and report produced by the evening. Just a suggestion, it would be nice if, for some of the major items, an estimated (and completely non-binding) repair cost could be included in the report. Overall, an excellent service.
