It is rare to find a contractor that leaves your property cleaner than when they started. From start to finish, Navco has been the best contractor I have encountered and I have built three house and renovated three more. On top of first rate materials, the crews demeanour and relentless attention to detail just shines. If you need a contractor you will not find one with better skills and work ethics than Navco. They have added hundreds of thousands of value to our property. What was surprising to me was the breadth of skills they brought to the table. When they packed up and left, not a single item from roofing, to custom built in gutters, even touch up painting was complete. I would not hesitate to recommend Navco for any project within their scope of work.

I had my roof re-done around April 3,2023. This was not a cheap project, so I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing this review. I read a TON of reviews with customers with various roofing companies. And eventually decided to go with Navco. I met with Edgar a few times, asked a million questions, warned him upfront I'm a SUPER fussy guy with the quality of ANY type of work done to my home. I thought I would actually scare him off! But nope! He was assuring me from workmanship, to pricing. Was Navco the cheapest out there? No. But I'm a firm believer if you do you homework, state EVERYTHING upfront with a company, you DO get what you pay for. And not only did I get what I paid for, Navco went ABOVE and BEYOND all my expectations! The men were absolutely professional, down to earth and took serious pride with their work! Every one of these guys were amazing. The two in particular? With both the sames names, Alejandro? Were honestly top notch! They were on time each and every morning. Great to work with, and clean! I could go on forever about these two guys honestly. Right from Edgar, the project manager, down to the kept promises and workmanship? They cannot be beat! I took a walk on the roof the other day for the first time. I looked at every square inch of my roof. PERFECT! No corners were cut. Everything was first class! And again, these two guys went beyond all my expectations. I'm super elated and extremely satisfied with Navco period! You will NOT be sorry should you chose to use these guys! Thanks for everything Navco!

Very professional service on a complex roof replacement
We had to remove an old cedar shake roof and replace it with synthetic shakes and snow guards.
The roof was very steep with a number of valleys .The team did an excellent job and when finished throughly cleaned up the site
There were some delays because of weather but kept us informed and in the end no issues

Added a garbage container outside sealed in spaces where last Reno not completed

We are very pleased with the work done by Navco Construction. They are very professional and efficient. They cleaned up so well after they left that you couldnt see that anyone had been there doing repair work.

Woodpeckers made 100's of holes in my 25 yro south facing cedar roof. In searching for roofers I soon learned about industry roofing certifications and that's when I first became aware of Navco. They had many GAF and other roofing certifications. I decided to go with a Glendyne Slate expensive roof. When Covid started I was shocked and I asked to put the slate roof on hold. My budget changed and I asked Navco if I could trade back the slate for asphalt and they agreed. Two of the hardest workers I've ever seen in my life installed the whole asphalt roof in 4 days with a full 25 yr Gold Seal Warranty. Their engineer Eberth was the best.

From start to finish NAVCO roofing company was exemplary in all regards.
Personnel, product, workmanship, cleanup and communication would all be grades at "exceeding expectations.
Kudos to Ethbert and to Ernesto for their efforts on making this project a huge success.
As well, Kudos to the install crew for their work ethic and polite, friendly manner.
We do not hesitate to highly recommend NAVCO as the company to choose for your roofing project.
We have already made two referrals to friends/relatives.

Navco was a Joy to work with from beginning to end and very professional. Everyone from Edgar, as the general and workers were communicative, friendly, very hard working, and service oriented. I could not be more pleased in the finished product and recommend Navco to others unquestionably.

Had new GAF roof installed in late July to replace old cracked tile roof. Went for 4 quotes in April and went for NAVCO (the second highest quote). Edgar came and explained what will be done and gave me detailed PDFs of estimates. I picked NAVCO because I saw what they did in my neighborhood a year ago, and that house was also a change from old tiles to shingles. I went with them also because they have 25 year GAF and 10 year workmanship warranty.
Shout out to the crew and Ernesto, who started the job in late July when we had the heat wave. We gave the crew cold drinks, watermelon to keep them cool. They started at 8am and finished at around 7pm (with breaks to cool off). Gutter system was replaced in another day (with new fascia since the house was never had one). All in all, the crew was able to finish all that in one day!
They went above and beyond for extra things (minor stucco patching and moving my rain barrels around).
It is a big investment but it is well worth it !
I will not hesitate in recommending NAVCO to others.
