This company is excellent on work performed and on timely manner they clean and very professional will hire this company again. house looks great thanks to navco contruction hopefully they also clean gutters

Our deck is above two bedrooms and is very large. When we purchased the house, the previous owners maintained the deck poorly and it had no waterproofing except deck paint. We got three quotes for the deck and Navco's was the best. However, our decision to go with Navco wasn't based on the cost alone -- we were confident that Edgar would do a good job. And his team did. It was a complicated project where we they had to add an additional drain because of the size of the deck and it all went well. We are satisfied with the work and are happy that our deck is sound and solid.

Before the deck, Navco also did our gutters. It was a great job, done professionally and Edgar accommodated some color changes in the middle of the job with no additional cost. We were very happy with the flexibility and understanding.

All the staff is very nice and friendly and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Navco for a trustworthy job.

We are ecstatic with the service and quality products and craftsmanship that Navco Construction provided to restore our old house, built in the 50's, to like NEW again. Don't be fooled by (owner) Edgar's low-key unassuming nature and virtually no pressure sales tactics - he is a master of his craft, who is up to date with the latest trends and technologies and knows how to apply them to his construction business - we were lucky to find him. Alejandro, assigned to our project kept us well-informed ensuring everything was on schedule and that we were happy every step of the way. All his men worked long hard hours and were polite and addressed all our concerns. First was the new roof (with ridge vents) and fascia boards, then the vinyl soffits to replace the falling rock dash stucco soffits... plus the new wood siding to replace the old rotted siding (Antonio did a fantastic job here), and finally the new gutters. There was a slight issue with one of the fascia boards and the gutters, but this was corrected immediately the next day. This company is busy and I would not hesitate in recommending this "one stop shop" company for all your roofing needs and more. Our old house was totally transformed!

Very happy with Navco. Quote came in fast and reasonable. They had to take off cement tile which was a huge job alone. They worked long and hard days and always cleaned up after every day. New gutters, fascia board and great roof. Very friendly. I would highly recommend them

We selected Navco to replace our roof and gutters because they came recommended by a friend. We got three quotes at the time and they were competitively priced, had a great warranty and were highly rated on HomeStars not to mention a great experience from getting the quote to completing the roof replacement...That was two years ago.

We recently needed some new vents installed in our roof, the service was equally good on our second experience. The team is responsive and professional and we have been happy with our choice. there are so many options out there so that I find these reviews help me a lot when selecting contractors. The old roof was tar and gravel and lots of moss. The roof itself wasn't leaking or anything but the seal on one part of the gutter was broken and there was tons of water just pouring out between the gutter and the fascia.

Dan came by to do a free estimate. Very nice guy. Explained everything that was going to be done. Gave two options for my low slope roof. We decided on EPDM over torch on. Roof and soffit vents also added. Alejandro was the supervising contractor but the main person in charge of day-to-day stuff was Sal.

They did the work in several days. Cleaned up the work site sufficiently. So far so good!

The quote came in fast and was thorough. The crew worked hard and cleaned up every day. We were so surprised at how quickly it was completed and how friendly everyone was. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I am very satisfied with Navco team. My 25 year old roof was torch-on tile roof and badly needed a replacement. Edgar (Navco's owner) spend time and did extensive analysis of my roof first (others were not as thorough and some did not even bother checking the roof as they said everything can be estimated from Google Satellite images!). He patiently explained my options and then provided a turnkey estimate. He provided many references as well as Certainteed "SELECT Shingle Master" certificate and proof of insurance.

Once I decided to proceed with Navco (I had done extensive analysis based on many factors including experience, trust and total cost), we agreed on the start date. His team came on this date and all were very professional and completed the job in 5 days. It was the best experience as it went exactly as planned and on budget (no surprises and no up charges).
