I have to tell this story from the beginning in order to truly express my interaction and experience with Vince (The audio guy). It all started in January of this year when I decided to complete my basement renovation. The idea was to have an open concept basement with a home theater system with awesome sound and quality. I reached out to Vince and I instantly felt comfortable with his knowledge and his approach to all his projects. Vince strongly believes and I have witness this first hand that he treats all his projects as if they were for his own home. I asked Vince to come over and see the space and meet my contractor to establish a game plan and begin the project. Vince clearly laid out the project, he listened to my needs, he conversated with my contractor and he also included some of his own ideas that made sense and that I had overlooked. Once the visit was over, Vince reached out later that week with pricing and he also was able to help me select all the products for the project. With his knowledge of the industry all the products have been awesome. After the framing was done Vince came back and pre wired the project. Everything was done with a professional approach, the job was done clean and we also added to the project as Vince believed not to sell ourselves short and wire to add future devices. During the renovation Vince kept in touch and we often chatted about products and my project. He truly cared about what I wanted to achieve and he went out of his way to make sure that I would be happy. Once the basement was complete Vince came back and installed the theater system which included the projector, 7 speakers, on three zones throughout the basement including my home gym, TV in the gym, and we also installed outdoor speakers in the backyard. Once again everything was done with exact precision and professionalism. Once this was done the real service, experience, and integrity was now going to be on display. Vince spent two days with me going over how to operate the system, how to trouble shoot and offer 24hr, 7 days a week of support. Vince completed the job in May and he visited my house 3 time after this to make sure my system was working and to help me troubleshoot any issues. Just this past 2 week I reached out to Vince and he gladly made time to come over to the house and help me out again. I know that this review is long but it is important for everyone who reads this post or is considering hiring a contractor that Vince is a true gem. He represents an individual who truly cares about his clients, he is passionate about what he does, he is honest, he goes out of his way to make time to visit clients and answer all their questions, but most importantly he provides exceptional service. I could not be any happier with my project anyone who visits the house is blown away by my theater system. My contractor who completed the basement also recommends Vince to any his clients. I believe I have told my story and I hope everyone who is serious about home theater should reach out to Vince and also support the small business. Thank you Vince we are truly enjoying our basement.

Was ready to set up a home theater in my basement. Vince came over and had fantastic recommendations on equipment and walked me through the best way to purchase it. Him and his assistant installed the 5.1.2 set up over two days and I now have a great spot to watch movies and listen to music. Appreciate the fact Vince followed up after the fact to ensure everything was working well. Great service, will ask him to help out with a backyard set up when the time comes.

A real honest , patient and knowledgeable technician. Took him less than 10 minutes to fix a one month headache. I would definitely recommend Vince. I would give a six star if i could.

Vince is the man. He assisted me via telephone and text and then was able to come next day. He resolved my ceiling speaker issues immediately. Great service, very polite and trustworthy.

I had some tricky job with Installation of some in ceiling speakers with no attic access.

Vince and Chris made it look so easy. Both of them were phenomenal and extremely friendly individuals. The work is extremely clean and neat.

Vince also guided me through all the equipment purchasing and parts and was very helpful. He made sure that I make the right decisions that too cost effective.

Chris is also very knowledgeable and made some good suggestions with the placement of the speakers.

Vince even went over and beyond to help me set up the system completely and guided me through the set-up. He made sure that I was up and running and satisfied before he left.

What wowed me, was his follow-up on checking if the speakers and system were doing fine and if I needed any help.

After reading some great reviews I called the audio guy. Vince was amazing person and very knowledgeable. He took personal interest in making sure my surround sound and floor speakers are sounding great. Very professional work and attitude. I have already referred Vince to my friends and families. Price was so reasonable for such expertise. I had checked other professionals and nobody was charging less than 300. Thanks Vince

Frank showed up on time and efficiently executed the required install of my Av reciever and calibration on my in wall/surround speakers.
He was nice, patient and informative. Prices very reasonable

For the record, the $1000 I spent was mostly on parts. His labor expense was VERY affordable. Vince is a perfectionist and came back three times with specific parts that were needed that I had forgotten to purchase. He was very patient and didn’t get upset at all, despite my costing him three trips.
Most importantly, Vince did a terrific job. Every works perfectly. He was super responsive, and we could t be happier. He is super nice, and we are never using anyone else for anything theater related, especially after the last two people who came to work on my theater and did a terrible job. Trust me and hire Vince!

Great job setting up my 70” LG TV and 7.1.2 Dolby atmos surround sound! I couldn’t be happier. I thought I wanted the tv higher then it was now. Although it was already installed he took it down and re-installed it to where I wanted it. A true professional. Very patient and detailed !

We had a tv that wasn't receiving any signal, Vince came and figured out the hdmi was broken and switched us to different input which wasn't exactly simple. He also got us a new remote and programmed it for a great price!
