I can't say enough about the integrity of Jamie Wickens, the owner of Got It Covered. In the past he has installed evetroughs and repaired roofing resulting from squirrel infestation. All of the work has been done in a timely manner, with attention to quality workmanship. I know that I can call Jamie any time of day and he will answer his phone and be there as agreed. When I recently discovered water damage in my ceiling, resulting from a flat roof installed by ANOTHER COMPANY, I called Jamie first, then the company that had done the work in 2001. The other company owner said that my flat roof was not under warranty. Jamie was at my home and actually spoke to the owner of the other company and explained what the problem was with the original installation, and the faulty seal joining semi-detached houses. Only after Jamie's input did the other company agree to fix the roof under warranty. Jamie didn't want anything for his work in clearing roof, assessing job and really taking a stand for me with other company. I know that without Jamie's help, there would have been a very different ending to this story. He saved me money that I can use to replace a skylight....old Beach homes are always a work in progress, and it's good to know a renovator with integrity. He's my guy to call.

Jamie and his team provide excellent communication and customer service. pricing was very good and reflected the quality of materials used.Their work and commitment to timelines was excellent and we would certainly use them again in the future.

Jaime and his team did outstanding work. They were conscientious and skilled at both the roofing and the siding - paying attention to the details of building out the windows, flashing, drainage, and insulation. Excellent quality and service. The company got me the best deal on supplies. The job was done sooner than estimated and they also added my small flat roof at a small additional cost. Have had Jaime work on my home twice now.
My latest repair was replacing the ply wood and shingles around two DIY skylights on a detached workshop. Was given a real honest quote on what needed to be repaired and total cost.
I provided three replacement skylights and Jaime and crew repaired the roof and expertly installed the new box mounted skylights on scheduled time and on budget quoted.

Last year I called Jamie to replace a small flat roof on the back of my house after seeing his work on a much larger flat roof down the street. He was quick to the job and finished working through the evening under flood lights to complete the work in one day. I was extremely impressed with the professional workmanship, knowledge of his crew and reasonable price for the job.

This year it was time to replace the shingled roof and I called three companies to quote on the work. The first company representative quoted on the job just by walking the distance of the house and measuring. He had said he doesn’t need to look at the roof and didn’t bring a ladder. His price seemed a little high. The second company representative did bring a ladder and went up to the roof. He had commented on a few things and quoted promptly. Lastly I had Jamie look at the roof and he did a thorough inspection and had made the same comments as the second company with some additional notes on the skylight. Jamie’s quote for the job was quite a bit lower and I decided to go with him once again. I ended up replacing the skylight as well after the shingles were off and could see what bad shape the skylight was in. Jamie had given a few replacement suggestions from Velux and Columbia. After looking at the difference in the two manufactures and Jamie’s recommendation, we went with the superior product from Velux that was just a little more than the Columbia skylight. This was an easy decision and appreciated the honesty and professional advice Jamie had to offer. The job was finished in good time and I was very pleased with the quality of work and especially the finished aluminum work around the skylight. The guy who did this was very experienced; I think his name was Brendan.

I appreciate companies that come in with a no BS talk over my head honest approach and fair price.
