I originally used Absolute Home Services for a yard spring cleanup and knowing they provided several other home improvement services, I decided to inquire about rebuilding two small backyard decks. I was connected with their project manager Danny who came fairly quickly for an on-site visit in order to give us a quote. Danny was great to deal with. He was responsive, transparent, and attentive to our needs and budget. He was also very accommodating to our schedule and fit us in within two weeks of our quote. Amazing service considering it was during the busy season! The team that came and did the work was efficient and cleaned up at the end of every day. They did a great job on the decks, and we are very happy with the end result. I look forward to using their services again in the near future.

Jason, the project manager was very attentive as to what I was wanting and was very knowledgeable of the options available and provided expert advise so that I could make an informed decision. He was readily available when I had questions. The cedars he chose were beautiful, healthy and uniform in size and shape.

Brandi and her team did an exceptional job and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She was meticulous, very approachable, kept me updated and transformed my yard into a park-like setting.

I contacted absolute Home services for Fall leaf clean up and my patio slab which had sunk well below the stair line making it a very deep step. Jason and his team were prompt to come and access and give us a quote. They were quick and patient to respond to emails as I had some questions. They did a great job. I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company and would be hiring them for future jobs as well.

I hired them to repair dry rot in window sills and frames. They stood out from the rest from first contact. They were professional throughout, kept me informed at every step, showed up when they said they would and did a great, clean job. I will definantely use them again!

Normally I would not leave a review such as this, but I really wish I had known about the quality of their work before we hired them. We had Absolute stain our deck. Upon completion we recognized the quality was not the same as we were used to. Some boards looked like they had not been sanded adequately as the stain did not take, there were paint brush streaks on boards & railings, stain drippings, etc. By the Fall, we realized how bad the deck looked. We called Absolute, and I have to say, their customer service was wonderful. They came out, acknowledged our concerns and agreed it needed to be stained again. Fast forward to this summer. The same gentleman was back. Unfortunately the end result was no different. This time, they even managed to stain around a garden tool my husband had accidently left on the deck, stain on the bricks, steaks marks, etc. We called again, they came out and once more acknowledged our concerns and agreed to restain areas.
We have had deck companies stain our deck before- and have never had an issue. The reason we called Absolute is because the company we usually use was booked solid for the summer. Big mistake on our part. The quality of workmanship is not comparable. I recognize that deck staining is a big job and our summer weather doesn't always make it easy. But having your deck stained costs a lot of money and unfortunately we will be doing it again, sooner than later. For this reason, I would not recommend Absolute for deck staining.

Wonderful job done very quickly. Took a few days to paint the walls, ceiling, back of door, baseboards and window. The window had mold and they were able to remove it, cleaned the window and repainted. Looks brand new! Definitely needed and upgrade. Gerald was informative, and able to find the exact color of paint. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job~

The work exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who did the work at my home was very friendly and efficient. He took pride in his work and made it his priority to complete the job meticulously. I am very pleased and would most definitely use this company again.
