Absolute Home Services

We recently had Absolute Home Services come and quote a lot of work to be done on our house. I am going to rate the hardscaping that was done. We had them quote on a patio on the back end of our pool, as well as a rebuild of our front steps. We called and left message and got a return call the very next day, which is what made us choose Absolute, as no other company called us back. Eric was out a day later he was out with the quote. The work was started 4 weeks later, Bryan came and did the most amazing job on our front steps, that were a lawsuit waiting to happen. He kept us up to date on the progress and any additional work that was needed. Upon completion of the steps he started the work on the back patio. There was a minor delay with the supplier of the stones for patio, but Eric and his crew kept us informed and did not loose anytime in the completion. We would recommend Absolute Home Services, they honoured all of there commitments. Bryan and his crew informed us of any delays and we loved how he explained the full process as he worked.

We just moved into this house and it had a dead tree in the front yard and dealing with Absolute was just a pleasure right from the beginning. They are very punctual, courteous, reasonably priced and most of all experts in what they do. After I spoke to them on the phone Ryan came over and worked with us on what changes we can make in the front yard. Rob and his crew (Ory and Anna) were at our house before time and started working right away. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with how our yard looks. Anna is very knowledgeable and educated us as she did the work.
I called Absolute last minute for mowing our lawn last week too and even with me calling them last minute and them being busy, they managed to mow it the same day as I called. I am extremely happy with their services and would recommend them without any hesitation, needless to say that I will always use them for any landscaping work. Thank you Absolute Home Services.

[Update] Absolute has since resolved the issue and had the floor repaired. We are satisfied with the result. The company dealt with the issue in a professional & courteous manner

We did the research and found Absolute to have a good rating so we had them quote on the job. After several quotes we settled on Absolute, Dave was good to work with - no pressure and we felt comfortable. The painters came over and seemed nice enough, polite and respectful. However, the painter had to move an armoire away from the wall and severely damaged our wood floor, several planks have deep gouges that are irreparable. We didn't notice at first because the floor was left in such a dirty state that it was not visible. Also there were several areas on the wall around the room that needed touch up which had to be pointed out to them. Afterwards, my wife had to touch up other spots we found. We told them about the damage and Dave came over and agreed to pay for the repairs - nice enough and we were content. However, after several months of unsuccessfully trying to get someone to repair the floor we are still stuck with the damaged floor. We are very upset by this and will not be using their services again!

Absolute Homes did a wonderful job at relaying and levelling our interlock driveway and walkway. They were on time everyday and worked through the day without many breaks until at least 6 pm. Their workers were courteous, professional and pleasant. The job was done neatly, professionally and on time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

The work was good once it was all done and I was happy with the end result but this company needs to work on their attention to detail. The folks that painted the house were personable, courteous and clean up after themselves. The project too longer than expected and they had to come back a couple of times to touch up areas I wasn't happy with but that they considered "finished". They never argued and were good at doing what I asked. The other thing that was a little quirky was they kept running out of paint and had to keep getting a supervisor to drop off more.

When we recently decided to paint a major part of the interior of our house, we came to Homestars to find a reputable company to do the work. We had three quotes and decided to go with Absolute Home Services for three reasons.

First, Dave was extremely helpful in helping us make some decisions around project logistics. Second, we were assured that the job could be done in the timelines to which we were bound. Third, the quote provided was very reasonable. In fact, it was noticeably lower than the other quotes we received.

So we were pleased and confident as the day that the work was to begin approached. The crew showed up on time and, throughout the project was helpful, flexible and fun to have in the house!

It would be an understatement to say that we are pleased with the job. The truth is, WE ARE THRILLED!

We feel that, for substantially less then what real estate costs would be if we were to move, we've been given a new house. (I know it sounds strange, but walking into our home, not only as the project was being completed, but at the end as well, we are in awe of the quality of work, the quality of products used and the fine details that those of us that try our hand at painting often miss. Things like preparation, cutting in, and clean up really impressed us!

And what's more, the job was done a day ahead of schedule.

Not only would we recommend Absolute Home Services to our friends and family, but we will be re-engaging them in future work at our home.

Dave did a great job co-ordinating and managing our job from start to finish, even coming back personally after the job was done to do some touchups and redos that weren't really part of the original scope of work. The price was very competitive with the other quotes I saw. The guys were all very pleasant, showed up on time and finished the job when they said they would with very good quality. I would highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

We bought a new construction home in Brampton on.,after about 18 mos.we decided to have it painted.This was a large painting project,all doors,windows,baseboards and walls.I called three companies one was Absolute Home Services,David Webster represented Absolute.He was very knowledgeable about the work I needed to get done. He assured me that his company stood by their work and would make sure that we were very happy.
The painting crew arrived on time ready for work,I was introduced to Bryan who is the supervisor in charge of my project.It took ten days to complete our work but having Bryan and his crew made it
much more pleasant then we had anticipated.Bryan is a patient man and listens to the needs of his customers.The job was completed beyond our expectations and this is coming from someone who works in the home improvement field.Three weeks after the job was done I phoned Bryan to have them do some touch ups. They were at my house the next day. Absolute Home Services did an excellent job ,we are extremely happy and would have no problem recommending them friends,family or anyone requiring their services.

Great, reliable service. I have used Absolute Home Services twice in the past month - to paint my basement, and I had them back to do some other painting projects.
