Reno Ready Floors

I hired Reno Ready Floors because I wanted hardwood installed in both the upper and lower levels of my condo. They had to lay concrete since the original concrete was in bad shape. They were very professional and knowledgeable, coming ahead of time and providing great information as to what to expect in regards to timelines and work that needed to be done, as well as providing a quote on the cost, which they then stuck to exactly.

Joe Kubista and his guys provided the best customer service I've ever experienced from a tradesperson (which might not be saying much). They came when they said they would for both the quote and the job (which is very important to me). They cleaned up after themselves and were considerate of the neighbors in my condo building. The estimate was thorough and he explained the pricing process well and listened to the specific concerns of my space. The job ended up costing me a little less than estimated - which is always nice. Joe called ME to follow up, a couple days after the job, which I was very impressed with. The leveling wasn't quite able to remove the biggest ridge in the floor but he came back with no complaints, on time again, and at no additional charge, to grind the ridge down further to an acceptable tolerance. I'd definitely recommend this business.

Joe of Reno-Ready Floors was recommended to us by Todd & Connie of Masterpiece Hardwood Flooring as we were looking for someone to take up tile cement and make our floor ready for hardwood installation. We were very worried that the job would cause a lot of dust but this did not happen and no additional plastic sheeting was required because Joe has a very powerful and expensive vacuum. We were so impressed with Joe's work that we hired him again a couple of months later to take out the toilets and tile in two bathrooms and lay down under-floor Nuheat cable with Solo thermostat in the master bathroom. Joe is a true professional, very accommodating, punctual and treated our home as though it was his own. He worked with a colleague and we were very pleased with the finished job and the cleanliness of his service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Reno-Ready Floors to anyone.

I highly recommend Reno-Ready Floors. We have used Joe and his crew from Reno-Ready Floors to remove old tile and lino three times now on different reno projects in the past year and have been extremely satisfied. His pricing is not super cheap, but is fair. He works hard, does an excellent job, sticks to his quotes, and completes work on time. Joe's crew uses top of the line equipment to ensure that any flooring removal they do is 'dust-less'. They leave their site clean and the subflooring is perfect and ready for hardwood installation when they are done. We will continue to use Joe for all our sub-floor prep jobs in the future.

This company has to be the best tile layers in the city whether it be backsplash, walls for showers, fireplaces or floors. They are incredibly meticulous, clean and efficient, well worth the price.
