They were great! Everyone from the office staff to the movers were very courteous and professional. The office was always more than happy to answer all of my questions, on the numerous times that I called. And the movers, what a hard working bunch of gentleman. I will absolutely be recommending Carefree Moving to all of my friends and family!

I used Carefree Moving to move from Toronto to Ottawa. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professional level of service I received. All my belongings where handle with care, packed and loaded, then unloaded at my new place. The price for their service is awesome!! I paid twice as much for my Move two-years ago and I had less stuff. I will be hiring this company again for my next move. They were very awesome! and even assembled our beds. I am very pleased with my service. Thank You!!!

We're a big family -12 people! Honest to be, I can slightly remember our moving. I was like in a dream: lots of people, stuff, boxes, kids always wanting something all the time, husband asking “’where may be the tape’’... Well now, when things are all settled, I can say that our moving ran pretty well. Haven’t notice any damages or broken things, we needed an additional time for loading though because we weren't properly prepared, so we finished up a bit later; I liked the price. It wasn't too cheap, but nothing extra. Some and my husband are very satisfied with Carefree Moving. Thanks much.

Required me more than usual to provide feedback mainly due to the type of my job and time that it required to evaluate every factor. Packing service: great expert packers but could enhance just a little. Handy-man: no complaints job nicely completed. Loading: very carefully handled. Timings: came promptly. Recommendation: Yes , I do recommend Carefree Moving, no doubts. We'd been fairly pleased with our moving process.

My experience with Carefree Moving has been fantastic. The movers were great and I’m very pleased with all aspects of the move. They were right on time, described precisely what was going to happen, worked quickly, wrapped & packed every little thing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say that these guys were amazing and I had a wonderful moving experience! Each person involved was caring and pleasant to deal with. Russell took extra steps to assure us of a safe and comfortable move. The movers were extremely helpful, courteous and a sense of humor helped to make the day go faster. Superb individuals to work with! I wanted a small move on short notice, and they were very willing to help me out. The two movers we had were very friendly and helpful. Pricing was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend them, and would use them again.
