Any new project can be challenging to understand or find value for the money and the very competent oversight provided by Mark, aka Mr T, was absolutely to our expectations!
Our choice of Eclipse shutters was greatly enhanced when Jamie provided his insightful design input to achieve more than just measurements! Our project needed to accommodate three unique components of living room, patio doors, balcony door and still keep them pleasing to their overall look. Wow!
Then of course we have DJ like a quarterback making a schedule flow to everyone's sense of confidence for the installation. Once again Jamie and Orlando impressed us with their studious attention to the project's completion!
It is quite understandable why they have earned the high commendations of 2013 and probably 2014!

Got Eclipse shutters put on our house about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. They're beautiful. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable (and quite easy to talk to). He answered all our questions and helped us pick the perfect shutters for our home (he had lots of samples and pictures and showed us exactly how they would look and work). His team came in and installed the shutters quickly and professionally and were very detail oriented. I have found Mark from Brooklin Blinds at Home Stars after reading all the great reviews about him.
After meeting him and working with him he did exceed my expectations! He was very honest very knowledgable and professional from start to end, he took all the measurements accurately and the turnaround time was fast. The installers were very professional especially Jimmy and Mark was there helping and making sure all is done right.
One of the posts came scratched from the factory and I only saw it the next day after installation and Mark had it changed in a week time without any questions and he arranged sending eclipse installer who was very efficient a well.
What an amazing thing is to find someone great at their job and honest. I am definitely recommending Mark and Brooklin blinds for my friends and family and will hire them again when I want to do the upper floor of our house.

Mark was very knowledgeable about the product, and extremely thorough with his measurements in my older home to ensure a proper fit. He was able to work out a better price than originally quoted, and was always available to answer questions. The installers (Jamie and Orlando) were prompt, respectful of my home and did an impeccable job installing our shutters. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!
