Mark was very professional from start to finish.We were pleased with the job he and his installers did last year on the kitchen and dining room windows. We have already become repeat customers with shutters on our parlour and powder room windows. He showed us different options and explained which options would fit our window situations. He was very punctual. We were phoned the day before with the installation time. The installers arrived when they were expected. We would recommend Brooklin Blinds and Shutters to everyone.

Thanks to Brooklin Blinds and Shutters! Marc and his installer did an excellent job replacing the magnetic clasps on all of our 12 year old wood shutters (NOT installed by Brooklin Blinds and Shutters) throughout our house. We had been replacing the broken plastic magnetic claps every 1 to 2 years using the Home Depot or Hardware Stores brand. These do not last and are not worth the effort! Mark replaced with his magnetic claps that are much stronger and have UV protection. They also adjusted the shutters that did not close properly - a problem that has been on our to do list for 2 years. They were very quick and efficient and Mark is very knowledgeable. Now I can open and close my shutters with no problem!! I would definitely recommend this company to others and will contact Mark when I'm ready to replace our shutters with vinyl (a much better option)!.

Mark came and measured in August and then kept checking in with me to see if renos were done. He is a great communicator. He came back to double check measurements once floors were installed. The shutters came and were installed when he said they would be. Very professional.. arrived when said he would, cleaned up and took away the packaging etc.
