Ikea Furniture Assembly Service

They are extremely professional. When I emailed them (Ivan) for an estimate- I got a reply in hours with an estimate. All my subsequent emails were answered promptly as well, and I went ahead and scheduled the assembly.
The assembler (John) was a pro. He just went about his work in an organized and methodical way. He was happy to go about assembling things in the order that we wanted, The only times he even stopped his work was to ask us if we wanted some things assembled in a certain way (Computer Desk and Bed Frame). He was extremely polite and courteous- a rare quality these days! He finished right on the prescribed time.
The icing on the cake was that he even bundled the Ikea cardboards and disposed it for us on his way out!
For the quality of service offered, I truly believe I got my money's worth. The quality of assembly is just brilliant- I guess that's the difference between an amateur's work and taking the services of a professional assembler. I would recommend these great people to anyone who is looking for people to assemble their Ikea (and other) furnitures. You won't regret calling them!

Nothing but pleased with the service we got from IKEAman. My girlfriend and I just moved to Toronto, and are dealing with getting an apartment together and starting jobs all at once.

We have used another assembly service before, and they did not show anywhere near the care that John did.

IKEAman is fairly priced, they will get back to you quickly with a quote or any questions you have, and they will do the job quickly and well. They even mounted a few items for free.

I had a large amount of items to assemble that I recently purchased from Ikea. I found Ikeaman on Homestars with great reviews so I e-mailed for a quote and scheduled an appointment. John arrived on-time and set to work. He was helpful and fast and efficient even taking the empty boxes with him and cleaned up after. I couldn't believe my luck in finding such a great company that saved me hours (potentially days) of my time. Very reasonably priced and so convenient (I paid what I was quoted). Worth every penny, I would use them again and highly recommend them.

After reading so many great reviews, as well, hearing first hand from my sister’s experience, I decided to use IKEAman and truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience!

Ivan (who took my order/gave me the quote), was so patient with me, I had changed my mind about 5 different times as to what I was going to purchase and would need to be assembled, everything was ‘no problem’. John (who did the assembly), was unbelievably amazing. Turned out the ceiling dipped on one side, therefore making it (almost) impossible to fit the PAX unit. I’m quite sure most people would have given-up, but not John, he did everything he possibly could to make sure that it fit - this consisted of him having to get his rubber hammer from his truck and inch by inch, he was eventually able to fit it in. John also assembled the fireplace, as well, the glass unit (see pics). Overall, I could not have been any more pleased with my experience...customer service - AMAZING, workmanship - AMAZING and price - EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

I have been recommending everyone that I know, to use IKEAman and will continue to do so!

Excellent and prompt service. Punctual. Very fast. Had all the tools that he needed to do the assembly. He even disposed of the trash. I would absolutely use this company once again.

I am so happy that I called Ikeaman; their service was efficient, friendly and very affordable. I called on Saturday morning and had an assembler, John, come over that very evening! He was so polite, very knowledgeable and built 2 Malm 6-drawer dressers (with mirrors) in just under an hour and a half. The best money ever spent :) Without any hesitation, I recommend this company and I will most definately use them again in the future. A+++

Great Service and hassle free! I was very happy with the service from Ikea Man. The crew was professional and careful and did an excellent job putting together our pull out sleeper couch. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The Ikea Man assembler accomplished in one hour what would have taken me many many more. I emailed in the afternoon and had an appointment set for 6 p.m. the same day. I received an email around 6 saying the assembler was running a little late because of traffic - that kind of communication is invaluable to me. The assembler, John, was very polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I'm very happy with this service and absolutely recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to take the time to assemble their own Ikea furniture.

My word what a efficient, timely, professional and clean company. The gent came on time, was mind boggling fast to assemble sofa, two beds and some frames.
