I found Dave's Duct cleaning via Homestars. I called & spoke with Dave who was very patient & thorough with all my questions and e-mails. He even gave me a place to order my filters & I got a discount by mentioning his name!! Shane & Brendan arrived on time, 10 min early infact! They were very professional, efficient, so very courteous & polite. Answering all my questions no matter how dumb they were, explaining what they were doing. I will only use Dave's in the future and would also recommend him to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned.

Dave's Duct Cleaning did a great job cleaning my ducts. His crew (Andrew and Scott, I believe) were very courtious and honest. Everything was explained to me on the process and showed me pictures of my ducts before and after. Its always nice to have a service done with care and respect.

Extremely good and professional service. The air much more cleaner in the house after the service. The guy was very professional, caring and done some cleaning that I have never seen any other duct cleaning company done.

I paid for the duct cleaning service through a Groupon promotion, so I think the service is normally more than $200. Either way, Dave's Duct Cleaning was great to deal with from the start, when I booked the appointment a month ahead of time, to when they showed up at my house at exactly the appointment time. I didn't have any furniture in the house, but they still took care to take off their shoes and put corner things down to protect the doorways and walls. They also provided me a face mask and headphones to block out the dust and noise, and all the before and after pictures and videos that they promise on their site. At the end, they had problems restarting my furnace (which I would not have known to check myself), so they called an HVAC person who ended up coming the next day to check if it was a Dave's Duct Cleaning error or just my furnace.

I thought it was great that they so promptly took care of their own mistake and even called someone in for me so that I didn't have to go looking for an HVAC person, and since it was their mistake I didn't have to pay anything for the furnace fix. I would definitely call them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

following reno, I had the ducts cleaned, with these professionals and am happy with the standard of work.
PROS onsite vacuum device, use of covers on every vent whilst cleaning, use of air cleaner whilst cleaning the ducts before and after photos for inspection of service and a thorough job, value for money.Cons:can't think of any

I used the competition before dave's and they a) forgot to clean one of two returns, did not cover the registers and left debris in the register. had to call them back for a second time.
I recommend Dave's. You wont be disappointed !

We asked for duct, vac vent, and dryer vent clening services. Scott/Brendan were pleasant, friendly, honest, and hard working young men. Even my 70 year mother was impressed with their service. Our duct cleaning experience with Dave's company was really positive. Their guys were polite, professional, organized and thorough. We will definitely be calling on this company again in a couple of years when we next need cleaning out. Dave's response to our initial request, the information he provided and his follow-up were all really impressive. I chose them specifically because they DO NOT COLD CALL, which is a Really Good Thing. Get Dave to do the job - you won't be disappointed!

Brendan and Andrew arrived on time and were very professional, pleasant and engaged in their work. They took the time to explain the process really well and enthusiastically showed me all of the before and after pictures of the ducts in my system. The pics were quite dramatic as this cleaning was post a renovation and my ducts were exceptionally dirty! This didn’t seem to faze them at all however.
They were more than happy to seal all of the ducts for me once done—I needed that to happen, until I had a chance to do a full clean up from the renovation. They also took great care with my home and ensured everything was as it was before they left. They were even kind to my dog.
The price was reasonable and for the quality and level of service this was an amazing value. I will be highly recommending Dave’s Duct Cleaning to all of my friends and neighbors. I really couldn’t ask for anything more from a duct cleaning service!
