Alps Roofing And Construction

I have used Alps Roofing and Construction for both Commercial and Residential roofing projects and have found that they have gone beyond my expectations. They worked in a timely fashion, cleaned the site daily, were safety conscientious and worked well with other trades and neighbouring property owners. Denis was accommodating, professional and attentive to addressing each detail throughout the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Alps Roofing and Construction and look forward to working with them in any future projects.

We had a leak on the porch roof. The "Alps roofing a d construction" company employees made an assessment and a quote in a matter of hours after I called. The $ was better than from other companies as well. We hired them and never regretted. The work was done very soon , fast and very well. We are planning to repair the roof and I am not going to look for anybody else for this job

Denis and his crew are great. They were on time and on budget. They worked tirelessly in very hot weather and went above and beyond. This might be the best service that I have ever received from a contractor. I would recommend them without any reservation. Also, I will add that Denis and his crew are friendly and professional.

In the coldest part of winter we had a bad roof leak. Alps Roofing came very quickly and removed the ice that had accumulated. They also tackled the ceiling that was affected by the leak. In summer (June) they came back and fixed the roof. They worked hard in hot weather and completed the job, neatly and puntually. I would have no hesitation recommending them. RG

The previous contractor had placed shingles on a flat roof section that was now leaking. We found Dennis through HomeStars and Dennis and his partner Oleksandra came by to provide a quote. Dennis and Oleksandra were so reasonable, genuine and down to earth that I knew we were not being taken for a ride. I asked him questions on the phone, via email, asked him to draw it out for me and he did it all with such grace and promptness sensing I was nervous. He was very clear on the cost of the project and the variables. He communicated start times clearly. It was priced very well as I think he has contained is overheads as it's him and his wife that do all the work. Once the project started, he found things we expected we may and took permission to fix them. He checked the roof for other things and did not unnecessarily add on work and cost. Now ofcourse, time will tell whether it leaks again or now, but I trust that Dennis has done the job correctly. I would highly recommend him and Oleksandra to anyone. Good luck D & O!

Denis was very knowledgeable about the requirements of the roofing project. He and his crew were very meticulous ensuring that the work was done correctly and would last a long time. They showed up when he said that he would and kept in communication with me when there were delays.....rain! They completely cleaned up after the job was done. Denis ( the owner) and his crew installed new shingles on our roof .We were so pleased that everything was organized perfectly, always on time, any changes ( due to a bad weather) were communicated, they also inspected our roof and installed new insulation as the one that we had was not up to a code. Denis always make pictures and show you everything. My huge concern was how clean will they keep the area around our house as we have a cat and a dog that go outside, my worries were for nothing as they cleaned thoroughly every day. And of course their quote were much fair than 4 other companies we interviewed for a job.
