Dave went the extra mile for me and I'm pleased to recommend him. His assistant was very helpful as well. He was able to correctly identify flaws in the past roofers work.

I've been having a leak get into the house every winter when snow melts. Dave came over and managed to identify the area of the on-going problem in a short amount of time and suggested a great fix. Very happy with his service and recommend for anyone with roofing issues.

I have a house with a combined flat roof and peak roof, and 5-years ago I had the Independent Roof Inspection Services (IRIS) inspect my roof, and their advice was that after we completed the minor repairs they recommended we should have the roof inspected again in 5-years. We used IRIS for these minor repairs back then.

As they say, when you receive good advice you should take it. We had IRIS come back to inspect my roof and they identified some minor repairs that should be made. And, similar to last time, we used IRIS for these minor repairs.

What is great is that IRIS indicated that my roof (flat and peaked) should be good for at lease another 5-years. And yes, I will be having them back at that time before I make any decision on replacing our roof.

We contacted this company seeking an independent assessment of continual roofing issues we have been experiencing. Dave has been out on multiple occasions and has taken the time to explain his review findings in great detail. This will be an ongoing issue with the initial roofers. We have confidence that Dave will continue to follow-up and modify his initial report as repair work is being done. This company has been able to deal with the roofers in a professional and non-confrontation matter. We don't know at this point where we will end up, but we are confident that this company will be there providing advice and guidance.

Had a great experience. Very knowleageable, professional, provided some referrals for some more extensive work and came back and did some minor repairs on the caulking which was not expected at all. My roof is quite steep, so no was i going up there, the detailed report and pictures of the roof really helped. Overall pleased with the service level and the detailed report that was provided.

New Build and Flat roof. Dave found issues that the builder's contractor did not adequately complete. We turned the report which included pictures over to the builder.
Due to Covid-19 and our senior status Dave had to come in to the house get onto balconies not accessible by ladder to inspect the scuppers and the floors. He came up in a Hazmat suit as not to possibly infect anyone (he was not sick). We appreciated his diligence and thoughtful approach.
He also had to come a second time to complete the inspection and did not charge for it.
This Man and his helper are Pros.
I would definitely call him again. I probably will sometime down the road.

I got my roof replaced 6 years ago, it was a shoddy job done by a shoddy roof company that will remain unnamed. Fast forward to 6 years later and I’ve got leaks.
