I found Jacky from Cplus roofing at home stars about a year ago when a few shingles on my house were damage by strong winds. this week I needed his help again as some raccoon damage the roof on my house and I was worried as it has been raining a lot and I'm worried of starting a leak on my attic. I called him and he came to my house the next day and did the repair promptly. jacky and his team are very dependable . they are always on time and do the job as expected and would not mind to do an extra request beyond the scope of the repair agreed to. Jacky at C Plus Roofing was recommended by a trusted friend after I had already received a half dozen estimates ranging from $6K to $11K to re shingle my 13 year old home. None of the roofers were given any insight as to their competitors' offers and the C Plus estimate came in $850 below my lowest bid for equivalent product. Jacky won the job fair and square. Our highest recommendation goes to Jacky and his expert crew on a superb job. We especially love the textured 3D look of the new shingles. They protected our windows with plywood and fully tarped the perimeter grounds to catch debris. Start to finish in one day and the cleanup was completed by 5pm. I was another of the many victims of the recent windstorm. I came home from a trip to find 1/2 dozen shingles scattered across my property. Unlike several roofers I called whose phone message mailboxes were full, Jacky answered the call himself and took the time to discuss the situation with me immediately.

He agreed to come and make the repair within 2 days and arrived on time which is always appreciated. Jacky explained the repair, expected costs what they were planning to do. They then went straight to work on the roof and were done within an hour with no mess and no hassle.

Latest wind gusts tore over a dozen shingles off my roof from 2 roof planes. C Plus Roofing came same day on agreed time and repaired the roof. Also fixed some cracks around the chimney that I did not know even there while keeping the cost of the repair the same as agreed. Gave me good estimate to replace the roof next spring. I used Jacky after numerous quotes from companies who were either way to expensive for my budget, or who never got back to me when I wanted to use them. Jacky came on time for his free quote. He was most pleasant and organized and his price was less than any of my other quotes. I signed him on for the job there and then, and I just knew he was the right choice. He çame on time on the day of the job. His team worked well together, and by the end of the day, I had a new roof and better skylight than before, and everything was well cleaned up - even the carpets where debris had fallen from the removal of the old skylight. We have experienced heavy rain since the job, and are nice and dry! I highly recommend Jacky and his team and suggest they change the name of the company to A+ roofing!

My roof is very high and steep so I really need a experienced professional roofer to get the work done. I called 10 different vendors and not a lot of people would like to take this job. Jacky and team are very professional and they are beyond my expectation. The team arrived on time (which is rare in these days) and the whole job was done within 1 day (comparing some of the jobs in my neighbourhood which took a lot longer). One Brilliant move from the team was installing 3 additional down drought to my 2nd floor gutter. (see attached) This is not a roofer job and because they are experienced roofer and saw my "roof" issue right away, they implement this fix without I mention that issue to them. These folks know their stuff. Jacky and team also takes pride to their work and they treated their staff well, that's why a lot of them working for Jacky for a very long time. With that in mind, I am sure Jacky and team be in this business for a very long time. Thank you Jacky and team !
