Thank you LIMZAK ENVIRONMENTAL for providing us with the greatest services we could ask for. I do not have time to write a review for every single services that I get during the year at my home, but I thought this is worthwhile to thank the Limzak company for their excellent job and also let other people to know that we should leave the job to professional since we can not do everything by ourselves without knowledge and expertise.
Once again i cant thank you enough.

My basement was flooded and I was under a very short timeline to repair. Zack and his team got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was responsive and meticulous. His price was extremely reasonable and he and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would- and did it very well. I wish all trades were as responsible and professional. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Limzak!

I would recommend Limzak to my friends and family. First off, the entire team is phenomenal to deal with in all aspects from customer service to the highest quality of work. The owner, is always reachable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a toilet leak on my main floor which seaped into the basement resulting in mold. Their efficient work times and flexibility really assisted me as I have two small children. Drywall had to be opened up and dryers were turned on for mold removal, not only was it efficient, but they sealed off doorways to prevent all possible dust from the drywall from seaping into the rest of the house. When they professionally completed the job, not only did they tidy up but they fixed up some odds and ends I had around the house as a favour to me. I would wholeheartedly recommend them in a heartbeat.

We hired Limzak to perform mold remediation work at our 4,600 sq ft house after the flood as the company that was originally hired by the insurance company had not performed the required work resulting in mold in the house.
All Limzak's employees were professional and hard working. The work was being done even on Sundays during the cold winter months to complete the remediation as fast as possible. Overall, great service.

At a desperate time, during the heavy rains in Toronto, July 2013, Zack from Limzak personally answered my call right away (when no other company would return my call) and arrived at our home shortly after to begin emergency services. The team removed moldy drywall, wet insulation, and damaged personal contents out of our basement which was required due to sewage back-up of over-flooded city drains. Zack patiently waited for us to deal with insurance to receive payment and his courteous, professional team took the necessary steps to document the services provided to help facilitate our dealings with the insurance company. The team also sprayed environmentally friendly, and child friendly, anti-fungal solution on the affected areas - ten months later there have been no mold issues. Thank you Zack and team!

I had a huge flood in the basement, Limzak Environmental Services arrived within the hour to assess the situation and discuss my options with me. Zack who was the one on site was very thoughtful and came up with a solution to fix my house. The Technicians worked quickly and were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
