Regal Design + Build

My wife and I decided to hire Regal design and build as they worked with our interior designer who recommended them very highly. we were not disappointed. Ramin was easy to communicate with, was professional, hired good quality tradesmen, price came in as quoted, job was completed within the time lined frame, the quality of the work was very high. I have talked to others who have done home renovation projects and heard several nightmare stories; we feel we couldn't have made a better choice that Ramin and his group did.

Regal Design Plus did a lot of custom work for me. I wanted my entire kitchen to be white marble. That’s pretty standard for counter tops but not so much for cabinets or floor and wall tiles. Their designers took measurements of everything and presented me with some optimal designs to give me the most open space while still having the general look I wanted. All the floor tiles, wall tiles, hardwood floors installed professionally & every bit of the cabinets, vanities and custom bench were all made in their workshop and they installed everything with great care. Of course scratches are a concern but they told me they coated everything with a protective layer. It may be just a kitchen, but it no matter how I look at it it’s a work of art now. I don’t know if there is anything else quite like it.

Ramin and his team did an excellent job with my kitchen and main floor renovation. They were extremely courteous and kept my house very clean and livable throughout the project. I was very impressed at how clean he kept the house despite all the work that was being done from demolition to finishing. Ramin has great attention to details and I mostly valued his excellent ongoing contact and communication during the job. This was my first experience of a home renovation and had heard many horror stories from friends and colleagues. However, Ramin and his crew surprised me! Not only was the work done with great quality but completed on time and within budget.

On time, professional, polite, quick and have good craftsmanship. The craftsmanship is what I have the most to say about, for parts that were custom made everything is extremely uniform almost like they were completely automated machine made. That’s quality. 10/10, would hire again.

– I simply wanted a fireplace and wall unit with a few of my own ideas added in. Every other company I contacted to have a look told me that it wouldn’t properly fit where I wanted it regardless of how it was designed. I didn’t buy that excuse. I’ve seen houses with almost identical designs to mine with fireplaces in the same spot that I wanted one. ‘Regal Design + Building’ didn’t say any of that nonsense and they incorporated all the ideas for the design I wanted. The fireplace they built is seamless in design, it looks like it was an original part of out the house just as I wanted and it looks exactly like what I asked for. That sounds like a perfect job to me.
