We contacted Regal Design + Build after reading many positive reviews online. We were not disappointed! From their very first visit to our house, after giving us many great ideas, we decided to hire their services for our project and booked them same night. They were extremely helpful and gave us valuable advice that helped us a lot to choose the finishes. They came with us to their plumbing, flooring, tile & countertop suppliers to make sure that we were going to choose the best and less expensive finishes which is much appreciate it. While we compared their services to many other contractors that we had in the past , nothing matched the quality and customer service that we received at Regal design. The whole project went extremely smoothly, and was completed in less than 40 days. We are really satisfied with the professionalism of The Fresh Coat workers. The entire job was handled perfectly from the start to the end and they finished the project neatly. I had Ramin and his team in our home to renovate our kitchen & powder room top to bottom. The flooring, doors, cabinets and the moldings were replaced. Whether it was the tear down, the installations, the sanding or the repainting, everything was done top of the line. He brought all professional trades for each job and I’m more than impressed with the quality of the job performed and yes they are all about customer service and quality to their trade. I would like to thank Ramin, Arash and their staff, our kitchen & bathroom looks like they are straight out of a home decor magazine.

I appreciate “Regal design + Build” work that was done in our house. The company did some renovation & desorating on our new built house in a very professional manner. Every single bedroom, bathroom, closets, wall units, and the library have been done neatly in a short time. I have been looking for a professional company all over the city until one of my friends referred “Home Stars” to me. I absolutely love the work and I would refer this company to all my friends and family.

I had planned a complete renovation and redesign of my house for a long time. It had taken me months just to plan out the design. For something that large I needed some sort of assurance that the company responsible for the project is reliable and the best I could do was go with the recommendations of sources I trust. Several of my friends had told me that they have worked with Regal Design and had confidence in them. That was enough to get me to look up Regal Design and contact them.

After contacting them I spoke to Ramin and arranged to see samples of many different materials. They were very accommodating and took a lot of time to let me see everything I wanted and explained everything I wanted to know. I got a lot of new ideas from Arash & Ramin and a lot of info on the materials were things I wouldn’t have thought of.

Overall I’m impressed with their work. Their ideas helped me change some of my plans for the better, the work is very well done in general, I see no problems to point out and everything is very cleanly finished.

I had pretty heavy water damage in my basement and a lot of it had soaked into and behind the walls. Essentially I needed to redo my entire basement. Regal Design was very professional and transparent about everything when I contacted them. They gave me precise detail in their quote and told me all I needed to know. I have to say the quote was a pretty competitive price considering their level of work and the size of the job. Everything went without any hassles, there was no real stress on my part after I saw how they worked the first day. It was a lot to get done, everything from the tiles on the ground straight to the ceiling was removed and redone, so I was happy with how long it took them to complete it all.

I’ve been a customer of Regal Design + Build for a long time now for many reasons with the top being that the end result always ends up being pretty much exactly what I wanted. Describing an idea is more difficult than it sounds because it’s difficult to describe it 100% precisely as you imagine it and make someone else imagine it the same way. Giving even an extremely accurate description still leaves room for imagination and the result could end up being a notable amount different than what you wanted. With that said, Ramin & Arash always put in the time and effort to make sure what is planned out matches what I imagine as precisely as possible. The last series of work they had done for me was a complete Renovation of my kitchen cabinets, floors, backsplash, marble counters and a complete repainting. As usual it’s exactly as I wanted it to be.

On time, professional, polite, quick and have good craftsmanship. The craftsmanship is what I have the most to say about, for parts that were custom made everything is extremely uniform almost like they were completely automated machine made. That’s quality. 10/10, would hire again.

The crew was professional, pleasant and did a fabulous job. I couldn't be more impressed. We had all the hardwood floors, new crown mouldings, pot-lights and painting done with them.
