Renovations By Aaron Sherwood

A trusted friend recommended Renovations by Aaron Sherwood to us for our kitchen reno. It was a long time coming, and all I can say is that I now have an amazing kitchen which I am proud of and love using every single day. A big thank you goes out to Carlos (project manager) from Renovations by Aaron Sherwood, who was always very responsive, upfront and professional.

From the very start Renovations by Aaron Sherwood were clear and thorough in mapping out the process from what needed to be accomplished on their end, as well as ours to ensure items and materials were selected and arriving on time, this kept us from delays and on schedule. Naturally as a homeowner I had dozens of questions all throughout the process, but we were kept at ease because they were prompt in tending to our questions either by phone or e-mail. Aside from knowing what they’re doing, they are also very personable which we really appreciated. They have a true commitment to customer satisfaction which also reflects in the work done by the various subcontractors who took pride and ownership of their work. No project is without its challenges or unforeseen circumstances, and a major concern of ours was ensuring we kept on budget. I believe that it’s because of their upfront approach that solutions were put forth creatively and effectively. What was especially refreshing was that they were able to offer solutions in a very budget conscious manner so we always felt they had our best interest in mind.

I also now have no problem recommending Renovations by Aaron Sherwood because these folks showed they have what it takes to manage a remodel start to finish.

We have lived in our condo for 37 years and a kitchen renovation was long overdue. We had our bathroom renovated in 2009 by Arronsherwood's crew and were very happy with the excellant job they did. So we called them up this winter to start work on the Kitchen. In 5 weeks they transformed our 1970's kitchen into our Dream Kitchen with all the things on my Wish List. We will definatly use them again for any future upgrades to our home.

In 2008 I undertook my first ever solo renovation. It was a big event for me and I was extremely nervous about it, having heard horror stories from others who had completed renovations in the past. Aaron Sherwood immediately put me at ease with their professional and caring approach. They walked me through the procedure and provided me with a written report of everything that was happening, scope of work, construction schedule, payment schedule, drawings of the layout etc. They made sure I understood everything and was in agreement to it all. They directed me to the proper businesses for tiles, sink, ceiling fan etc. and pretty much held my hand during it all. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was never rushed or pressured. They have a very hands-on approach and were always there to answer questions or concerns. I have and would again use them for any renovations I may plan. Aaron Sherwood bends over backwards to make the experience as painless as they possibly can.
