Mike was very professional and thorough. We bought a near 30 years old house at Waterloo and it is our first house. He took the time to explain everything to us in easy to understand terms. He let us follow around him when he did the inspection and explained all the details.He also took pictures when he found any issue. The report he gave us afterward includes these pictures and recommended actions. It is extremely useful and well made. Both us and our realtor (who is a seasoned realtor) were impressed by his professionalism and attention to details. I highly recommend him for your home inspection. I was very pleased with the service I received from Mike. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. My home is very old (126 years), and he provided an extensive, detailed report of all of the potential problems and recommendations for repair. It was a LONG document. He talked at length with my in-laws who were present at the inspection and also answered my huge list of questions.

We hired Heeley Home Inspections after reading reviews online. This was for filing the 1 year Tarion warranty on a Newly Built Home. Mike demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish and was personable too. He was detail oriented and even identified the very finite issues that could potentially become bigger problems later on, there's no way we would have found what he pointed out on our own. we are looking at doing a project house and wanted to get an inspection to see how much more we needed to fix that what we were already aware of. Did an exceptional and thorough job inspecting a house which we finally purchased. He went over the minute details of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, house interior and exterior with great detail. He explained all pertinent details as we walked with him throughout a 2 1/2 hour inspection.
