Great service and value! After some research, I chose to have windows replaced by Global Windows. Alex came to the home and with great detail reviewed our current situation and suggested several options we could chose from. He was straightforward and accommodating to our needs, which we liked. His price-point was excellent given our budget!

Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. Fast, efficient, effective and cleaned up everything after they were done. The end product looks marvelous. The new sliding door actually makes the kitchen and the patio look instantly better ! The front entrance is 2000% better looking. Great work !

I asked my neighbour who did her doors and she highly recommended Global. I called and Alex answered the phone.(I was pleased not having to leave a message and hope for a call back)
I spoke with Alex and he was at my house within half an hour, to give me a quote. The price seemed very reasonable and the warranty was good.
So I asked how soon the job could be done, expecting to wait at least a week or two. He told me they could install it the next day when they finished their scheduled work.
The two installers arrived the next day just as promised. They were both very polite and courteous. The job they did was better than I could have hoped for. So professional. The doors look beautiful, the installation and calking is perfect! They even cleaned everything up. I've got compliments on the doors and have already recommended this company to others.
