We have known Sam for 23 years. Sam has renovated all our bathrooms in all of our houses in Toronto and Aurora. Top notch work, Sam is a visionary who takes great pride in every project that he entails. Completely trustworthy and wants the best for his clients. Adam took on our project plus 2 other issues that needed to be addressed in another ensuite and it came out first class. Sam (owner/founder RenoWOW) is perhaps the best reason to deal with renoWOW. His bathroom design was MORE than we expected. He continually makes you think you are his most valued customer. His workers (Mike and Greg) were always on time, courteous, personable, and their work was impeccable.
What impressed us MOST about Sam was that he postponed our reno several times over a period of almost two years, AT OUR REQUEST, due to our Covid concerns.

I did renovations to my kitchen and family room with the renoWOW team during the pandemic. Sam listened to what I wanted to achieve, which was to have an open kitchen and grand room and delivered to my complete satisfaction. Turned out far better than I anticipated. The team was friendly and helpful and worked diligently to ensure my safety and social distancing. They even worked extra long hours to get the project completed within the time they promised. I definitely recommend using this company for all kitchen renovations.

Sam was professional and communicative from start to finish - a big contrast from many of the other companies who made little or no follow ups or who were slow to respond. Sam made it clear it depended a lot on what our budget was which is fair because you get what you pay for. Among the reasons of what impressed us the most was the quick and consistent responsiveness, keeping their word on the costs as well as sticking to the timeline. And the ability to adapt or adjust quickly according to any concerns or requests we had along the way. Were WOW'd again! Its now 3 times a charm working with Sam @ renoWOW!. This was our biggest project and they came through without any hitches or glitches. Knowing from previous renos that there were sure to be some surprises along the way, but Adam, who immediately looked at the design made fantastic suggestions and recommendations to ensure no issues with the final look regarding tile patterns and other esthetic matters. They delivered top quality craftmanship, ahead of promised time lines and on budget. Thank you Sam, Adam, Mike and the whole renowow people for wowing us again!

Sam and I first connected in December of 2021. He impressed me right away. He was one of the few contractors willing to talk to me via Zoom and even willing to take a Zoom tour of my house. Fast forward to today, and we have two gorgeous new bathrooms. Not only are they beautifully redesigned, Sam and his team (Mike and Greg) were amazingly efficient. Under Sams guidance, we selected materials from his list of preferred vendors. He then used our selections to develop a fantastic design and was able to ensure that the materials were sent to us just as they were needed. Sam, Mike and Greg then worked tirelessly and got the project done in 5 weeks. They surpassed our expectations in every way.

Due to good reviews and an estimate that was in line with others, we decided to choose Sam at RenoWow for out small basement bathroom renovation. However the treatment we received from him was what makes us rate this company low. We found he did often did not listen to what we wanted, and when we questioned some parts of the quality of work, he became argumentative and defensive. The concerns were uneven grouting for a large number of the tiles, protruding tiles, cracks in caulking around sink/shower, and uneven painting. I was called "nit-picky and nickel and diming" both in person and in an email, which is unprofessional and condescending. We can certainly understand and accept some errors in a project like this, but in the end our concerns were about the quality of work and the poor treatment of us as customers. I would not recommend this company.

Sam, Mike and Greg were great to work with! Mike was on site and consulted with me daily on the project. They worked well with the condo security and management team. They even protected all common surfaces to ensure no damage in the hallways. Overall, I was satisfied with the work done by the team. When I look at the pictures of the before and after, I cant believe the difference. Im really enjoying my 2 new bathrooms! Ive already given RenoWows contact information to our condo board so they can be recommended to other residents!
