Rob and his staff were professional and polite. The job was well done and I would have rated Robart a 9 or higher but there was a small part of the job where the cable came up over a block sticks out about ground for about a foot and then runs underground when they could/should have easily removed the block and ran it completely underground. When I asked Rob about it he replied that I could do it myself easily.

Rob and I have since met and worked this situation out. Clearly we had some original miscommunications which we resolved.

After awaking to find my house had half of the electrical working and having work school and daily activities to attend to first It was afternoon before I could deal with problem which I had no knowledge of how to deal with. Called friend who referred my to electrician who referred me to another who on a late Friday afternoon was able to walk me through a process to determine where the electrical problem was . Robart Electrical Thank You Thank You ! You saved our house from a fire by taking the time (although very busy) to assist in what need to be done and who needed to be contacted to look after problem. You were right on what you suspected as the problem. Had we waited till Monday we would not have our home! No doubt your company goes that extra mile! HIGHLY RECOMMEND your company!

I hired Robart Electrical to complete a conversion of my aluminum wiring and install a bunch of new fixtures. They replaced all plugs and switches and did a full investigation of my wiring to ensure everything was to code. Chris and Brandy arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. The job took the estimated two days and the final price was as quoted. Rob was easy to deal with and he will be the first guy I call if I need additional electrical work done.

Rob was very professional & knowledgable at the first site visit. When the new garage construction was underway Robart sent over crews at four different times to complete work as construction progressed. Every time the crew was here when I was advised that they would be so that my time was not wasted. The work was done promptly, professionally & as quoted. Final costs were exactly as originally agreed to. I would definitely recommend Robart Electrical.

The owner, Rob, is always a gentleman. In returning calls, holding to his estimate, and fulfilling any warranty needs, he always makes you feel appreciated as a customer and happy you chose Robarts. The team he sent to do the service change was efficient, friendly and competent.

We live in an old house so nothing is as easy to fix as it should be. Robart electrical was prompt, polite, and made sure that the problem was fixed before leaving. Great people to work with!

Prompt service, helpful on the phone and in person quick to return questions. Work was done professionally and tidied up afterwards. Journeyman as well as apprentices are both very knowledgeable and take pride in their trade.

Robart Electrical came out and not only gave me an estimate, told me why they were recommending the products and services. They came out and finished it in one day, cleaned up after and were pleasant efficient. They missed one connection and were back the next day to fix it. There were some repairs not completed by the previous owner of our new home that were included in our conditions. Robart Electrical Services Ltd was recommended through my realtors office and they came and fixed it promptly.
