Robart Electrical Services Ltd

This is the second time I contracted Robart Electrical for a personal electrical issue. First time was simple ceiling fan. This time was a more complicated removal of a floor plug. Both times the tec was very professional and quick. They do exactly what you ask and the cost is reasonable. After the work is completed they clean up and mess they may have made. Great small company. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I had Chris come over to the house for a variety of nagging electrical issues. He was incredibly knowledgable, polite, prompt and worked very hard.
An issue came up that was very difficult to solve (and in hindsight if left alone could have caused a significant fire), and Chris plugged away at it until he solved it. I felt involved in every step (despite my complete lack of electrical know-how).

I don't have the invoice just yet...but to be honest after the work that was done I don't care what the cost is, it'll be a bargain.

Very definitely going to use this company again, and would very much recommend you stop looking and just call them.

We are renovating our kitchen and wanted to install pot lights, my brother recommended Robart, I am so glad he did. They were courteous and professional, they listened to what I wanted and explained the best approach, they were bang on exactly what I wanted, and to top it off the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommended them, I will definitely use them again.

Ever since moving in, we knew that we would be installing pot lights and dimmers, along with some other minor electrical tweaks. We had two Homestars-recommended electricians in - Robart as the first - for ideas and quotes. Rob came in, heard our ideas, immediately corrected some elements of it, told us what he was envisioning and what we needed and why, and was overall kind, prompt, and informative. When his quote came in well under the other company, it wasn't a difficult choice to go with him.

Everyone at the office was kind in all of my contacts, and Nathan (the electrician) was helpful, clear, and prompt in his work. When he came back to finish up a little extra work, he was again very easy to deal with, and all of the work seems top notch.

I told Rob on the phone that we would be calling them back in the future, and I have no reservations in recommending their services.

Rob is an electrical genius! I cannot thank him enough!

First off, I called slightly after standard business hours and expected to leave a message. Yet to my surprise Rob answered my call! First Gold Star in my books!

He then took the time to go over the details of our electrical problem. He offered us a troubleshooting solution that could potentially save us time and money!

So we tried it...and it worked!!! He could have simply quoted us a price and had someone come over, but instead he actually had us start by trying something that would cost us absolutely nothing if it worked. In this day and age, finding great customer service can be a difficult task. How refreshing to find an electrician like Rob who takes the time to honestly help clients.

Thanks to Rob's advice, we didn't end up needing the service call. However the rates provided in the event we had needed it, were more than reasonable!

If we ever need an electrician again, Rob and his team will definitely be the only people we call! I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking an honest & highly knowledgeable electrician!

Ryan and Erin showed up to complete the job and they were great! They answered any questions that we had and Ryan especially was great with his trouble shooting and made me feel at ease. The wiring was put in the boxes very neatly and they cleaned up when they were finished. My mind is now at ease! Thanks!
