We just had our poly B plumbing, removed, and were referred to Glacier Drywall Systems to now repair about 7+ holes in the walls, And about 9 holes in the ceiling, and then texturing the full ceiling of the family room, one hole in the guest bedroom. The firm sent this estimater, Doug,to basically “talk me off the ledge”. It didn’t take long for my wife and I to see this tradesman, was really a skilled artist in his own right, as he walked us thru the process. Not sure if I ever ran into a tradesman that had such a passion for his work. He not only talked the walk, but he also walked the talk. Those patches were mudded,taped,sanded..and there was no evidence of any holes. He had that skill, touch. The challenge to come was to patch the ceiling, and re-texture a textured ceiling. Doug could hardly wait to start, knowing, that we would not be able to see any “patched holes”, even tho we knew where they were. You could run the palm of your hand along the wall, and you would not be able to detect any evidence of a previous hole. Doug had a couple other tradesmen to help on part of the job…they were just as precise as he was. Our home is 27yrs old..the walls, ceilings, are as if it were a new home. When they left….my house was left cleaned up as they first saw it.
I can’t say enough about the pride they took in their work. They were very accommodating thru out the process.
