After getting quotes from three different roofers, our best price for quality of work was with Best Flat Roof. Oleg came out promptly to give the quote and inspect our flat roof. We were informed of it's condition and the fact that an old skylight (leaking) needed to be replaced along with the need for new flashings. His quote was competitive (a bit more reasonable than others) but the bonus for us was that he could start the repairs immediately and, with most of the winter still ahead, this was important. The work was done promptly, efficiently and the work area left completely cleaned up. I would have no problem recommending him to others.

We had an ongoing leak in a flat roof which 4 roofing companies and a chimney expert could not source. Water was going down interior walls from the top of the house to the basement, damaging walls, shorting out electrical wiring, ruining paintings on walls, etc. Oleg from Best Flat Roof identified the source within minutes and Best Flat Roof replaced it immediately. All leaking and interior damage stopped. Even though 3 of the other four flat roofs on our house had been replaced in 2001, there was evidence of rippling and moisture seeping underneath the surface after only a couple of years. The original roofer saw nothing wrong with the work. All remaining flats were recently replaced by Best Flat Roof and the difference in the quality of the work is obvious. The work was done quickly, to order, and with amazing clean up around the property. Some extra work was required but the end price did not deviate from the quoted price. The flat roof drainage is now amazing and the new
roof(s) look great. Every leak has stopped. All work and materials are guaranteed for 10 years. The best advice is never to get a flat roof, but if that ship has sailed we would recommend Best Flat Roof for repairs and replacement.

I had my roof repaired by Oleg and his crew. The job was done on time and the work seems good. His crew cleaned up pretty good as we have kids and worried about lose nails or other construction materials. Overall, we're quite happy with their work.

Called Best Flat Roof and had an immediate response from Oleg. He came to our home the next day and sounded very knowledgeable on issues with flat roofs. Showed sample of materials to be used. Work was undertaken in timeframe given. Price paid was as quoted and very reasonable compared to other quotes obtained. Roofers went the extra mile to do a good job. Only small complaint would be that eavestrough not fully cleaned. Would definitely recommend.

After numerous calls to our roofer and no fix, we called Oleg and he was amazing! He showed up when he said he would in -10 weather. He went up to roof accessed it and came back and fixed it. Didn't want to be paid until we knew for sure that it was fixed. 2 months later he came back inspected the repair and we told him it hadn't leaked since. I then paid him. AMAZING ! AMAZING !
