Thomas and Martin were absolutely wonderful. They completed a panel upgrade in my older home, as well as; replacing 3 old florescent light fixtures and hooking up a bathroom vanity and fan. They completed all work in the time frame I was given, and were on target with the estimate I was given. During the estimate they were thorough and answered all the questions I had about additional work that may need to be done, what needed to be done now, and what could hold off for a little longer. After the work was completed, they followed up with the steps necessary to book my inspection through the city, and let me know that my outside meter would be retagged. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great professional electrical work, and will use them for all my future electrical needs.

Martin upgraded the panel in our older home. He was very good at explaining the costs and the procedures so I knew what to expect. Other renovations included outlets for appliances which involved running through several options and problem solving. I highly recommend Great Dane services

I had some lighting issues that required troubleshooting and also needed to have a dimmer installed in one room. Martin was prompt at responding to my calls/emails and at scheduling a visit. He was able to get the necessary parts, resolve the issues, and install the dimmer in two visits. His work is professional grade and clean. I would recommend him.

Martin came over due to a short that was causing a breaker to trip. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was very open to explaining the issue and addressing how to fix the problem if it came up again in the future. He made sure to tidy his work areas. I would recommend have him to anyone to fix any if your electrical issues!

We had Tom come in and install 9 pot lights and a dimmer switch for us in our basement that we were working on finishing. He came in within a few days and came in during evenings during the week to accommodate our schedule. Even when our suspended ceiling installation was behind schedule, Tom came in to do what he could and came back to finish the following evening. Great, clear communicate, courteous and efficient. Thanks again, Tom! We'd use Great Dane again in a heartbeat.

Great Dane was prompt in returning my initial call. I wasn't in a hurry to complete the repair, so booked a few days out. Tom arrived on time and was friendly. Unfortunately, he did not have the required switch with him; but he went quickly to the store. Without that minor glitch, he would have been done in 5 minutes.

We just purchased a new home and identified several issues we wanted to have fixed/addressed, including a switch that wasn't working properly, exposed wires from an old surround sound system and the possibility of changing some of the light fixtures throughout the house. Great Dane was very accommodating in terms of timing to provide a quote (they came on a Saturday, which was best for us), they were very responsive via email and provided excellent service.

i had these guys come in install new lights and additional plugs, not only did they answer any and all questions and concerns they were there when they said, finished when they said and were friendly and respectful. i would totally recommend them. good job Thomas and Martin

After purchasing an older home, I noticed some of the electrical work was a bit shoddy. I gave Great Dane a call to come diagnose a few issues as well as change out some switches and outlets. Tom and Martin are both super friendly, clean, polite and most importantly, know their stuff! Thanks guys for the great service and will see you in the summer when I start on my next round of renos!

Had a switch that was shorting out and causing the breaker to disconnect. The electrician showed up promptly - even rearranged his day to accommodate my needs. He showed me what had gone wrong as he repaired the problem. Great service!
