I was advised by my neighbours of damage to the eaves on the second story of my home that would allow small animals to potentially gain access to the attic. I contacted Eaves Experts after finding them on home stars and Neethan came to view the damage and provide a quote 48 hours later both to fix the damage and clean the eaves for the first time in 2 years. We set a date for the repair and cleaning but then the weather forecast for that day was a snowstorm so Neethan came a day early to ensure that the repairs and cleaning were done as soon as possible for me. He and his team were professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. He helped identify some other issues with my eaves I wasn't aware of as well as damage to my chimney and sent me pictures so I could understand the issue. He and his team completely cleaned up after they finished and he returned to ensure I was satisfied with the work a week later. My neighbor was so impressed that she hired them on the spot to do her eaves cleaning as well! I will be recommending Neethan to all my friends and family as I am so impressed with him and his team. Neethan, Eric and the team replaced my eaves and installed state of the art gutter guards. Their workmanship, skill and expertise are excellent! I was planning on replacing the eavestrough & downspouts on my house sometime next year in the spring. However due to a downpour in September I had to replace them this year.

Neethan was very prompt in returning my call. He came out & gave me a quote which was reasonable. The main reason I went with Eaves Experts was because they do not contract out their jobs.

I have used Eaves Experts every fall for the past few years. We have huge maple trees in both our front and back yards, and our eavestroughs fill with leaves quite quickly. Neethan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they are the only eaves-cleaning company I have ever used that does their best to ensure the downspouts -- not just the troughs -- are clear. They are terrific!

I'd long had an issue with a downspout at the side of my house... how to drain water away from a three foot wide interlocked walkway that was constantly heaving. In addition, the downspout recently severed, spilling gallons of water onto the ground, which began seeping into my garage. I was desperate to get this fixed!

I called several vendors (listed on here on Homestars)... Neethan was the only one that got back to me AND showed up later that day to assess the situation, come up with a solution and provide a quote. His crew arrived two days later and took care of the issue. A follow-up visit was necessary to complete the job... again, done promptly and efficiently.
