I have moved across Canada 4 times and this was the worst company by far that I have used. Aside from the initial booking....they have no customer service skills. They forgot about me on the initial pick up date and did not even call to say movers were stuck at another job. They lost my items and when they were delivering I asked the driver to wait to see if the items were in fact in my house and he drove away so fast. When I called him to tell him my items were not in the house, he told me he couldn't do anything about it and hung up. Most of my kitchen items are broken because they didn't properly take them down the stairs. My floor lamps are missing. My children's bikes were damaged. A big black duffle bag full of my children's clothing was not delivered. No compensation was given only losses. It's already hard enough to move across the country.....to take on more losses and rude customer service should not be part of the package.

I moved from Edmonton to barrie ontario rencently and i went with real canada wide moving. From the start everything was great , they were really honnest regarding the prices ,charges ,process and flexible for the moving dates . The movers also did a great job packing all my things. I personnaly had a great experience with them and would recommend them.

Hi, I have had the pleasure of running into this business through a kijiji ad in moving section. I would say that in all honesty that this company is one of few many left in moving. I had phone numerous company for an estimation for my small 1 bdrm move from Montreal to Calgary. The date was right for me and the delivery time frame was also very good, as I was quoted for 10-12 business days and my things actually arrived 3 days earlier than the expected arrival. Everything went as perfect as I can possibly hope for, from the customer service sales people, pick up movers and drop off. They had done all they can to assist me with everything that i have asked as a customer. I can say anything more than just a big thank you and an obligation to return it with a positive review. All I can say is that, just trust them with your move and ask for any information and they are sure to grant it the best way they can. I wasn't coaxed into writing this review rather a thnk you for the awesome service!

Worst experience, I will never recommend them, only professional attitude was from the sales agent Dora N, once booked she woulg always direct me to the most uncourteous manager Tarik who started with telling me goods will not reach in time frame provided by Dora. He misbehaved and with most unprofessional dealing.I received my stuffs late and each and every furniture and my kids all 3 bicycles were broken. They dropped my TV in front of my eyes while offloading. The delivery person said I may file a claim and they will tell them too And will get refunded. After all my info and pics with claim sent first of all they would not respond when responded Tony told me he will file the claim and will take 3_4 weeks.I called them after a month then they responded saying I don't get any thing but as aTOKEN they would give me 50 $ ......... Wow everything reached damaged due to their mishandling and I am left speechless.I bought all of those stuff just a year back. Their services are pathetic.I am so upset.I guess they when they make claims then they keep everything for themselves and make money out of that too.That's their family business.
