Renovations By Matt Ltd.

Matthew was exceptional completing my Bathtub Renovations. He also brought in 2 of his assistants to help him complete the tiling, painting, plumbing, drywall inside my bathtub upstairs. They did an outstanding job as a team. My bathroom looks so much better than before that it was clean, not messy and had no leaks. I had no problems before getting a hold of Matthew through Homestars. He returned my calls and immediately came to the job site along with his assistants. All of them were polite. I strongly recommend Matthew to anybody.

Matthew was very excellent for fixing my plumbing leak in my basement. I had leaks in my basement nearby the water tank. So i called Matthew from homestars and he immediately showed up to the site to fix the problem. Also very excellent arriving my house on time and very well mannered. Since he finished the project, there has not been a water leak inside my basement. I highly recommend him to anybody in the GTA area.

I bought a toilet this morning but I wasn't sure who would install it since plumbers/contractors are typically adverse to small jobs. I called 3 handyman from homestars today and to date Matt is the only one who returned my call. In fact, he came to my house 30 min. after I called him for a same day install. How's that for service. He was clean, courteous, and did the job without a hitch.

I'd highly recommend Matt. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would and it cost what he said it would. He was polite, professional and fast. I'll be using him for all jobs I have around the house.

Matthew was very exceptional in his work that he did inside my kitchen room. He knew what he was doing. He was very polite. Since he finished up the repairs. I had no leaks in my kitchen. I recommend Matthew to my family, friends and neighbors.

We had a basement bathroom that had fallen into sad disrepair. It was a complicated job involving tiling, plumbing, painting, plus a lot of other nit-picking details. Although the job took longer than the initial estimate (and when doesn't it?), Matt always showed up just when he said he would, and kept at it until everything was done to our satisfaction. Also, he was always instantly reachable by phone or text; none of that hanging around waiting for the contractor to get back to you when he feels like it. Matt was unfailingly polite as well, and conscientious. I'd also like to put in a good word for his tile person, Derek, who worked overtime to get a badly uneven floor looking great.

After calling 3 companies we chose Matt. He wasn't the cheapest but he knew what he was talking about. We regraded the concrete near the house, and had some drain and drywall repaired. The guys worked well, fast and cleaned up. From the start Matt was easy to communicate with, quoted a fair price and did a good job.

We called Matthew on a Tuesday, he came out to see the job Thursday and the jobs were complete on Saturday. Matthew and his crew were excellent and did exactly what we needed done. They were smaller jobs and the guys gave each job the attention they needed. They were clean and careful. We will be calling them again and referring them to others.

Matthew was thorough and efficient. He quickly identified the problem, gave the pros and cons for possible solutions, secured the necessary parts and made the necessary repair on the spot.

Really feel lucky to have found a skilled tradesman who will do small jobs. Matt seems to be totally reliable, dependable, efficient and experienced. Did a fine job on my shower and has agreed to fix up another bathroom, stain the wood deck and hang some new doors.
