Renovations By Matt Ltd.

Matt and his team worked hard for two full weeks to waterproof and insulate and lay a new floor in my old inner city home. They framed it up and also roughed in a laundry room. There were challenges along the way but Matt worked hard to come up with viable solutions.
Better yet as I left for work each day I never gave a second thought to leaving Matt and his crew in my house as they were always respectful of the surroundings.

This was our second time using M.D.E. Con Reno and we are very happy with the work that was done.

Over the summer, I had removed some drywall from a second story addition to our house with the intention of insulating the room. Once the room was bare, we realized that we had structural issues as there was rot due to years of water damage. Matt and his team came in and reframed parts of the room and provided support to ceiling and floor joists where needed. They also insulated, drywalled and finished the room for us, in addition to installing a new subfloor.

Matt was always punctual, cordial, and willing to work with my family's needs. Whether responding to texts in a timely manner, or being conscientious of noise due to a sleeping baby in a nearby room, Matt was always professional. This goes for his team as well, who twice worked all evening (5-6 hours) on sanding down the room and only took breaks long enough to quickly refuel with coffee before returning to work.

Matt responded very quickly and professionally. I needed help installing a key pad lock and range hood over the oven. His service was excellent. The job was completed at a very high standard, and Matt's rates were very resonable. I thoroughly recommend him.

Matt is very prompt at getting back to his clients. In my older home, he accessed the situation, looked for options beyond the usual 'you have to replace the whole thing' to deliver some reasonable options for me.
Matt is also very trustworthy and I was comfortable leaving him in my home while I was at work.
He's coming back to do a bigger project for me. Nice working with you Matt.
