We had some shingles torn away after a wind storm. These were replaced and inspection of the roof revealed additional work required to return the roof to the integrity required.
Pre and post photos were taken of the areas requiring repair.

Excellent job replacing our dated vinyl siding with Hardie board. Helpful from quoting through completion. Work started on the exact date promised and siding crew did a great job with close attention to detail and clear pride in the quality of the work. Windows were removed and installed in one day and they are well insulated and draft free. Highly recommended contractor.

Very competitive bid but what sold us was the time taken to explain cost and product options. Work was performed by a very professional and courteous team. On time, budget and schedule. We love our new roof!

Our house was built back in 2001 so the roof naturally needed to be replaced. Several recent hail storms actually took out numerous shingle tiles so the need became more urgent. We reached out to West Quality Construction and they immediately responded to our request. Francois took the time to meet in person and even helped to identify issues with ventilation from the attic as a source of extra wear on the shingle tiles. He gave us three very reasonable quotes, which included replacing the aging and ineffective roof vent along with the shingle replacement. Once we agreed on the package, they came out and were able to promptly finish the job within a single day. The end result was excellent and we are very happy with it.

The craftsmanship was excellent! We live our new hardy board! Overall a great job on the house/end product. The owners are very conscientious and trustworthy in their business. I would recommend them!

A few issues were rectified promptly, Francois and Valerie are very personable and were accessible to discuss any issues.

My only constructive comment is with the clarity/process of communication. This could be laid out more clearly to clients, in terms of dealing with an out-sourced crewing. Dealing direct with crew on-site eliminates confusion with the details of a job, but it can be a challenge when one is not sure information has been passed on. Having said that, the crew on the house were very conscientious, polite and talented craftsmen!

(In general, Many good companies, understandably now, use outsourced crews and it is common, just be aware that there exists a triangle when managing the process.)
