The workmanship was excellent. The final results exceeded my expectations. They were very accommodating and they worked well with the window replacement contractor that was on site at the same time.

My new 'old' house was very tired so I asked for quotes from a couple of companies in the spring, including a very large well known one, and West Quality. I had seen West Quality working on a neighbour's house, liked what I saw and what the neighbours said about their experience, so had them quote. Both quotes were near identical to each other, but the knowledge and the personal attention to details shown by Francois had me convinced.
The first part of the job completed was upgrading the windows and doors. The supplier Francois used did a great job. The windows are great! Then my roof was done with class 4 shingles, a must for Calgary. Good crew, and a good job. Painters were there at this point to do the doors, and were very responsible to deliver a good job. The wind was blowing which resulted in a minuscule amount of dust etc getting on their new paint job. They came back a couple of days later to make it perfect, by their standards. Then my siding, the largest part of the job, but where the quality of the crew really stood out. Acedro and his team were on site for several days due to the size of the job but did what they could to make their stay easy on me. And when choices could be made they always asked my opinion, as opposed to doing what was easiest. They were great. The fellow doing my stone work was unbelievable. Same as far as asking my opinion, and even put a full day in on a Saturday, to get things done. The guy that did my eaves and downspouts (relatively complicated) clearly asked how I would like to see the downspouts run, and the end result is great. Finally, the foreman of the job, Dymka, kept me well informed as to timelines, who's coming when, etc.. And he would be around often, or as needed, to make sure everything was proceeding as planned, and that I was happy. He was VERY responsible. The staging of the multiple services was excellent.
I'd use West Quality again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend this company without any hesitation. Based on their knowledge on diagnostic issues, solutions and implementation they went beyond my expectations of a typical service company. They have an excellent customer service culture and are always ready and approachable to answer any questions on time. Also, their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I had a case of attic condensation and they did a very comprehensive inspection to detect all the flaws during construction. I will definitely hire this company in future to replace my roof when the times come. Once again thank you so much for your company's professionalism and work ethic.

We had a few leaks that showed up again over the winter as it warmed up. West Quality came in and did a through inspection and showed me all of the issue areas. The fixed it and instilled confidence that it was done right.

We paid a lot of money to have our roofing and siding redone. West quality sent a crew of 2 guys to do our roof. One of them was 16 years old. They installed our ridge capping crooked and left garbage and nails everywhere. I had to climb up on my ladder to reinstall the evestrough and our neighbours a/c unit was full of nails and their cover was wrecked. The siding went ok, but they installed something we did not ask for. They wanted to charge us an extra $1000 but we negotiated that to only $500 approx. They left our back light hanging loose by the wires and I had to put that back on my own. They installed our fence panel upside down when they left and forgot to do the chimney on the roof with hardie. Another roofer who is our neighbour came by and told us 8 months after it was done. We called them and they said they would be out the next week to finish it up. They kept telling us they would be out the next week, and then the next. It ended up taking a phone call to them and saying we were going to call the better business burea before they came by and finished almost an month a half later. When the bin for the siding was taken away, they chipped our concrete in the driveway. Overall we are happy with the finished product, but the constant double checking of their work by us makes me think there are better options out there to have the work done.

Had a whole new roof installed a year after a hail storm. Got the attic looked at found some vent and light fixture barriers missing and took care of it all at a reasonable price. Very professional and great workmanship with no surprise fees. Took great care of my property and plants. Happy to recommend them!. Keep up the good work!.

We received 4 quotes for this job and they were selected due to their service, professionalism, knowledge, price and timely follow up to all of our questions. Francois worked with us on design, kept us informed throughout and after some initial minor delays due to materials, the job was completed on time, as per the estimate, with no surprises. The onsite crew was very professional, friendly and kept the worksite clean. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The team was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

West Quality has a great team to work with.
Project manager Kino is a great project manager to work with. He is knowledgeable, responsive and great customer service. Kino is always trying to keep the cost low for his customer.
Technician/installer Dave is very pleasant to work it. He is good at what he does and takes pride in his work. He did not take any short cuts in getting work done. He is organized and cleaned up after each work day. He would recommend better ways or ideas for the homeowner.
Valerie is very pleasant to deal with in the office.
Overall, West Quality has a great team and I would strongly recommend West Quality to my family and friends. They are on the top of my list of contractors for any future work.

West Quality did a great job installing Hardie board siding on our house this spring. After getting a total of 5 quotes we selected them based on their experience, knowledge and price. They were on schedule, very reasonable with costs for extra work and their work was of high quality. They were very quick to respond to our questions and requests for quotes. Finally, Francois, Valerie, Kino and their crews are friendly, easy people to work with. We definitely recommend them!
